A technician, Phil, recently completed a pre-winter check for my parents on their HVAC at their home in Penn National. Beyond being prompt and professional, Phil went above and beyond. My dad, who is battling myriad health issues including cancer, was feeling lightheaded after coming back up from the basement. Phil stayed with my dad until he felt better. Thank you for restoring a bit of my faith in humanity and for taking diligent care of your customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Had 2 techs come out 2 separate times and had no solutions, wasted my time. Don't call this business if you actually want someone who knows what they're doing.

Called Rodney B Smith because our one year old unit was not blowing air. They came out same day and diagnosed the fan had went out. The part was ordered that day and a few days later the part arrived and they installed it under warranty. Great service all around and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I just switched companies because my old one could not accommodate my schedule. I was with my old company for almost 26 years. Smith had a technician out at 7:30 in the morning. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and got the job done. He cleaned up as he went and gave me some helpful hints. So far, I am extremely glad I switched companies.

Rodney B. Smith came highly recommended by my neighbors and certainly wished I’d used them sooner. No ridiculous plans offered and your bill is completely itemized as to what was completed. The techs are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and will even break down the process and offer tips. Very happy with their service and will go no where else!
