A technician, Phil, recently completed a pre-winter check for my parents on their HVAC at their home in Penn National. Beyond being prompt and professional, Phil went above and beyond. My dad, who is battling myriad health issues including cancer, was feeling lightheaded after coming back up from the basement. Phil stayed with my dad until he felt better. Thank you for restoring a bit of my faith in humanity and for taking diligent care of your customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Had 2 techs come out 2 separate times and had no solutions, wasted my time. Don't call this business if you actually want someone who knows what they're doing.

Called Rodney B Smith because our one year old unit was not blowing air. They came out same day and diagnosed the fan had went out. The part was ordered that day and a few days later the part arrived and they installed it under warranty. Great service all around and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
