very sloppy messy plumbing issue. very icky. plumber came out looked at the pipes and knew exactly what was wrong. what a pro. immediately went to work it was over with before i even knew what happened! i wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my pipes!

Their prices are outrageous. I was told their hourly rate was $295 but said they were really good to me and only charged me $195. They were there less than one half hour. The tank online is $62.99 and they charged me double that for the tank. It was a total of $350. Their work was fine and the gentlemen were courteous, but I obviously went into the wrong profession to make that kind of money.

I wanted to follow up on my husbands review and add to it. My husband left a review and Roger Carney responded and asked him to reach out to them to understand the issue. My husband has now left two messages with the receptionist and both times was told they will get back to him ASAP. It has been over a week with no calls or messages. To reiterate our experience, we reached out to Roger Carney to troubleshoot an odor coming from the upstairs bathroom. They removed a small amount of hair from the drain and said that was the cause. We understand odors can be difficult to find. However, we reached out to another plumber and he was able to pinpoint the exact cause within minutes of being at our home. I’m giving a rating of 1 star due to inexperience of their plumbing staff and charging someone $195 for a ten minute visit. When you break it down, that’s equivalent for a plumber getting $1,200/hr. Go elsewhere with your business and find a company who cares AND knows what they’re doing.

Have done multiple jobs at our old (but new to us) home, and has done an incredible job with all of it. Highly professional and quality work. Would not trust anyone else. Replaced old plumbing, dug a cleanout, ran plumbing to second floor for new bathroom, rough-in all the new plumbing and finished hooking up all new bathroom fixtures. 11/10
