We experienced a leak in our water heater. I contacted Roger Ross and they responded within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and sent JD out within 2 hrs. Inquired about a thermal tank and they added it on at a discounted rate! The guys were quick and efficient! I’m so thankful for the same day service with fair pricing! I would highly recommend Roger Ross for your plumbing needs. The appointment process was easy and their system was well organized. I have used them for installing a new hot water heater, as well as various faucet and pipe repair needs around the house. The plumbers who showed up were friendly and professional. These guys are phenomenal - fully replaced my cracked cast iron stack and central plumbing for a reasonable cost, but what really sets them apart is the professionalism not just of the plumbers but of the office staff. They were super quick and super professional. Needed a small pipe repaired. They were able to get me in that day and even prioritized getting to me at the top of my appointment window because I was going out of town that evening. They assessed the issue and had it fixed in no time at all. They quoted me a price that was right inline with every estimate I was able to find for a similar job online.
