We experienced a leak in our water heater. I contacted Roger Ross and they responded within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and sent JD out within 2 hrs. Inquired about a thermal tank and they added it on at a discounted rate! The guys were quick and efficient! I’m so thankful for the same day service with fair pricing! Will definitely keep them in the books for future plumbing needs!
I would highly recommend Roger Ross for your plumbing needs. The appointment process was easy and their system was well organized. I have used them for installing a new hot water heater, as well as various faucet and pipe repair needs around the house. The plumbers who showed up were friendly and professional. All the work was done effectively and for fair prices.
These guys are phenomenal - fully replaced my cracked cast iron stack and central plumbing for a reasonable cost, but what really sets them apart is the professionalism not just of the plumbers but of the office staff.
