The plumbers who came to my home did an outstanding job! They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain what was going on with my kitchen pipes. They used hydrojetting to clear the lines, and the results were phenomenal — my sink is draining perfectly now with no lingering issues. I really appreciated their attention to detail, respect for my home, and friendly attitude throughout the visit. Ernesto was professional, friendly and didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need! And he came within 60 minutes on a Sunday! No extra charge for weekend! The washer kept over flowing and we couldn't use dishwasher and washer at same time. Ernesto found someone put a plastic bag in the line when we bought the house and it was blocking the line from fully draining...it's been perfect since! Thank you Rooter Hero and Ernesto! I highly reccomended!

Daniel Ruelas was amazing and provided top-tier customer service. Having him in our home to replace the water heater was honestly a pleasure. It is not often that during a stressful situation someone helps you through it simply with their kindness, communication, and skill. He got the job done quickly and kept us updated the whole time. Daniel is the kind of worker that would make me use Roto Hero again. On a side note, I did feel the pricing was on the higher end for water heater replacement services. I know the owner or company may say the pricing matches the market, but based on the quotes and research I gathered, I would challenge that a bit. They did work with me some on the price, which I appreciated, but as a repeat customer, I hoped we could have gotten a little closer to my budget from the start. That said, Daniel absolutely saved the day for us, and I am very thankful for his work and professionalism.

Lavon and Dez were not only competent but charming and respectful. They did a good job in keeping me informed as to what they were doing and what to expect, which I value, since I generally didn't have a clue what was involved.
