We had a plumbing emergency in Tempe and called Rooter Hero, it was the right choice! They were available 24/7, super responsive, and arrived fast. Our plumber, Gabriel, was professional, friendly, and walked us through everything before starting the job. No upselling, just honest service at a fair price, and they even cleaned up after themselves. They resolved the issue quickly and offered follow-up support too. Highly recommend Rooter Hero if you want reliable, expert plumbing done right! 

The worst experience with a plumber I can ever remember. I was taken advantage of, by Rudy who orchestrated a perfect bait and switch. Oh sure the website offers you a $49.00 coupon for a basic drain cleaning but they are not interested in that! Rudy and his assistant came to clean my drain with a very small and lightweight rooter. When I asked why don't they use a normal size router, I was told it could damage the pipes. Are you kidding me? As soon as I reluctantly agreed to the upcharge, $246.00 they brought out the normal size unit and cleared the blockage in one pass. If you want repeat business you have to treat the public fairy. This is BS to the max.

I called Rooter Hero because they advertised 24 hour service. I was hoping they could come to the house right away, but was afraid that being three days before Christmas, they might not. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a plumber would be out that day! They kept me updated, and very shortly, I got the call from Matthew that he was on the way. Matthew arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and courteous. Matthew inspected where I saw a water leak, and knew immediately what it must be. Suspecting water and damage within the walls, he explained that we should get a restoration company involved. Matthew called them for me, and they came right out. Once they in did an inspection together, Matthew opened the suspect wall and found the problem. A hot water line had burst. Matthew shut off the water and got to work. Matthew inspected the rest of my 50+ year old plumbing in both bathrooms. He discovered additional plumbing issues that needed to be brought up to code. I also showed Matthew a problem with one of my toilets, and vanity faucet. Matthew was extremely helpful, explained everything to me. After fixing the leak, we made an appointment for him to return the next morning and complete the remaining repairs. Matthew was always willing to stop and explain everything to me. Matthew did a fantastic job on everything! I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Matthew and Rooter Hero!

It's very seldom in this day and age you find a craftsman as Passionate about his work, efficient in what he does, Extremely Customer Oriented and exceptionally knowledgeable that instills trust and confidence within his customers. He's deffinately one in a million and represents your company to the highest degree. That guy is worth he's wait in Gold and the most congenial and competent technician I've seen to date! I called and was immediately set up for an appointment to clear a clogged drain. Frank arrived on time with a very personable demeanor and quickly fixed the issue. In addition I asked if he could install a new kitchen faucet which I had previously purchased. He agreed to do the installation even after seeing how tight the work area would be. He performed the task very quickly and professionally. A great job!
