Rooter Ranger has a great sales team and were very fast at getting their team in to do repairs to. Repairs were done in the timeframe expected and as quoted. I do however feel that the customer service thereafter was lacking. I feel like they were paid and moved on. This was a fairly big job where I had to have my insurance involved. I feel like more follow up could have happened from Rooter Ranger to ensure the smooth process continued to completion. Especially being that Rooter Ranger called out “Quick Restore” to do the mitigation and restoration. It has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. After multiple calls and texts to Quick Restore and Rooter Ranger and getting little to no responses, I have had to move on and figure out how to get my house restored myself. I used Rooter Ranger before him was happy with our services. I was hoping as a homeowner that I had found a lifetime plumbing company for anytime we have issues but this whole situation has put a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, they did the job that they said they could do and I am assuming that the quality of work is what they say it is. However, the lack of compassion and care and follow up is lacking. I am a homeowner sitting here with my house torn apart and left to put back the pieces myself.

December 31, 2025, St Petersburg, Florida: Awful. DO NOT USE ROOTER RANGER and particularly, DO NOT LET LEWIS TOUCH YOUR HOUSE! The technician, Lewis, was nice and worked hard, but he took two days and did an amateur-looking job with flexible pipes run off at all angles because he didn't want the expense of using 90 degree joints and broken soffit pieces and ridiculous gas lines. He also complained constantly that Rooter Ranger sent him on his own to do the job without help. I had to twist his arm to get him to secure any of the piping to the walls, and what he did do is sloppy and poorly done. He didn't even have a ladder! He borrowed 2 of mine! ...and screws.... Then, when he realized that the electrical outlet was full, he said, "We'll just use an extension cord" (outside in the weather?). I told him that was unacceptable and he said, "Well what do you want me to do? We don't DO electrical so you'll have to pay an electrician to come out, which will cost you $2000 to $3000!" I called an electrician. I had to threaten to cancel the job to get him to install a gas cut-off valve (which is necessary according to the installation manual). He said, "That's not part of the estimate," that he created. Finally his supervisor called him, and ordered him to install the valve. I called ROOTER RANGER three times to speak with Lewis' supervisor. The supervisor NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! He said, "If I included all that stuff, the estimate would have been over $5000 instead of $4400!" He asked to go through the soffit with the pipes and I told him, "Of course, put holes in it and run your pipes, but please make it neat and put it back when you're finished. He pried the soffit open without removing the nails or trim and broke it into pieces. Then, when finished, he tried to screw the broken pieces back into the soffit and cracked them to pieces. He never repaired his damage before he left. I guess I'll have to fix it. At one point, he said to my wife, "I'm not an installer; that's why it's taking so long!" Well, isn't that great?! As it is, I'm contacting ROOTER RANGER to complain and I'll probably get another plumbing company to come and inspect the work. I have NO confidence in ROOTER RANGER or Lewis! I need to know this thing is safely installed! He's a nice young guy, and is likeable, but he is NOT good at estimating or installing l hot water heaters! Pay more and get a quality job by a quality company with a quality technician! Do NOT go with ROOTER RANGER or LEWIS!

To Javier and the whole crew, you did a great job replacing my entire waste system. From digging under the house and out to the street, bringing a 1960's house up to date with ABS. Everyone was respectful and made a big job as seamless as possible. I can't thank Javier enough for all his hard work, attention to the details, and his dedication to getting things done right.

Vincent was so excellent. The price was very good! Vincent took his time and was very thorough. He did a clean out of the main line and had to try it from 3 different locations as I didn't know the closest location for the clean out.. He was very patient with me. HE IS an all around great employee for your company!

I Had a backed up kitchen sink. Junior was fast, kept everything spotless, and walked me through all my options to see what the best fix would be for the best long term results. He also assisted me in repairing my P-Trap to make future fixes easier. Does great work and would highly recommend!

Dominic was a consummate professional who did an awesome job Unblocking the mainline to our septic tank by process of elimination and making our home normal again. We went from the home warranty company sent out a guy, who had no clue how to fix it or even where the clean out was… to Rooter Ranger who sent the very knowledgeable Dominic to the rescue. Thank you!

After charging me 180 dollars for a router job they sent a camera into the pipe. The video they showed me was a total collapse of the pipe. Quoted me between 5000 and 15000 to repair. Of course, I got a second opinion, and they did a camera view, and it was not as bad as ranger led me to believe. I honestly think they were showing me a video from someone else's house.
