They came out to our house in such a quick timeframe to assess issues we were having with our sewer drain and within the same week started the arduous task of digging up our driveway. GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH ROSSI ROOTER: Within 48 hours I had a root-plugged sewer line replaced by this outstanding company. They came to my house in about 20 hours after my phone call and assessed what was causing the drain stoppage. They then scheduled the sewer line replacement for the next day, after reworking their schedule to suit my needs. Vince was extremely accommodating to me. When the crew arrived the next morning they discovered that the backhoe which they brought would require us to remove a section of fence, delaying their start and of course causing some more expense. The crew leader suggested bringing in a smaller backhoe which would fit through our gate, to which I agreed. They then began their work and performed it quickly and professionally. They definitely worked as a “well-lubricated” team. The project was completed in less time than I expected. They even replanted a rose bush in the exact spot from which they had removed it earlier in the day. I highly recommend them for your sewer line repair/replacement needs.

I was referred to Rossi Rooter by a good friend of mine, which is also a local (small business) plumber since he was booked solid. It's was the BEST decision we could have made. Instead of unblocking a sewer line that was under a tree....they asked me and we both decided the best and most cost effective route was to run a new line. As they were capping the old line....they noticed other problems in the old line anyway so the choice they recommend was the correct one. They also reran my water line with was under cement in my basement to above the ground saving us problems in the future. The crew we had were 3 members which worked like a well oiled machine for the first 2 days....on the 3rd day, they added 2 more to help lay the cement and complete the job in a VERY timely fashion. They were meticulous with their work and asked us many questions along the way to make sure EVERYTHING was how we wanted it. They cleaned up when they were done and it looks like no one was even there. If we could give them 6 stars.... 10 stars...100 stars .... We would! If you EVER need a plumber to work on your sewer or water lines.....these are the PROS you should call.....PERIOD!! From the first phone call to the courteous and knowledgeable ladies on the phone.....to the handshake with The Boys when they are done.... to the follow up call the next day to make sure your happy... you will KNOW.....just like we did..... that you made the RIGHT DECISION to call Rossi Rooter!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Vince, Jamie and their crew. These men were professional, clean, educated and did a fantastic job. It was a large job it all happened so fast right before Thanksgiving and this snow storm and they really came through and we're just great to deal with and communication was 100%.
