Our techs were absolutely amazing. They came in, made sure the job was done RIGHT, and cleaned up the entire area and looked like no one was ever even there. I had been trying to get this garbage disposal and dishwasher installed properly since November with different companies, and finally decided to call Roto-Rooter and that was the best decision we could’ve made. Everything works perfectly and I have ease of mind knowing the plumbing is in good condition.

Carlos my technician came pretty much an hour after I called which is super fast. He was professional, informative , and friendly. The issue with my sewage was solved rather quickly. So yes I am extremely happy with my results and will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family for sure.

This gentleman was fantastic. Seldom can I say that the person sent to service our needs is some one I would definitely have working for me. He is a good worker and an excellent face for your company. His explanation of the problem was clear and he was confident this would solve our odor issue. I certainly hope he was correct
