I required service on my bathroom sink that had a deep clog in it. I made an online service request and they responded to schedule in no time flat. Service tech Cody arrived to address my issue. He was kind, courteous, and most of all a hard working individual. You could tell that he really cares about his customers and their needs. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and was confident in his ability to repair it. In no time, my sink was draining with no other issues. Cody is definitely a great asset to the Roto-Rooter company.

Abel really took the time to explain what was going on with our sewer system. It didn't take any time at all and he found the problem. Roots from our trees plugging the line. I couldn't believe the roots he pulled from the line. It had to be 4 foot long ball of packed roots. It didn't slow down, it just quit running one morning. I thought our septic tank was full but Casa Grande Septic told me it's probably a plugged line. All good now. A little pricey but problem solved.

Will and Corey took their time to assess the problem and explained what needed to be done. They were courteous and efficient, and finished the job by having to purchase the PRV valve and installed it within a few minutes.
