Jeff at Roto-Rooter was very thorough and prompt. He fixed three water pipe leaks and got my water back on the same day I called in. The "other company" that i called gave a much higher estimate and couldn't get me on the schedule for 2 days. I'm so pleased with the Roto-Rooter team and the good service for a reasonable price.
They did a great job. I had lots of questions and they answer all of them promptly. They called 10 to 15 minutes before their arrival and they would stay for the entire day to make sure they could get done with they needed to. Communication amongst their colleagues and myself was great. I would recommend them I think they did a great job and the amount of time that they had they squeezed every minute they had in to get it done.
The entire team was fantastic! Starting with the customer service rep, she answered all my questions with great experience. Then the team called with a time slot prior to our appt time which worked great. Then, Parker was the on site technician and completed the task to perfection. I recommend you his team to anyone who needs quality service done fast! Thanks!
