Amazing company. Quick response time, friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality work. We dealt with two different technicians on separate occasions. Shawn and Noah were both very helpful. Won’t be calling anybody else for plumbing issues.

Costumer service on the phone was great, the lady was so nice and understanding & she got me help. I was so overwhelmed, she was so kind. Brian came and stop my leak, he was so patient & kind with me. I'm grateful for the people that helped me. My dishwasher was leaking. He was able to shut water off to it & help me order the part on Amazon & then told me the next steps to take and got in touch with the person that would help with water damage. I appreciate it, it was late Friday and they took care of me. Thank you! Kaleb came out the next day and he was so wonderful & understanding. Explained everything. Took time with me, checked everything out & Explained the next steps for water damage and repair. I will always remember them for helping in emergency situation with kindness & understanding!

Had water leaking up through my bathroom floor in my mobile home since December 14th. The first plumber l called came out on December 17th never came into my bathroom to check where or why l had water leaking up through my floor. He went straight to where my water heater was located outside in a closet, saw water all around the base of my heater as well as leaking outside the closet onto my carport and told me l needed a new hot water heater because my water heater was bad and and was leaking around the base and why water was leaking out of the closet. I asked him was that why l had water seeping up through my floor in my bathroom. He told yes, most likely. Then he left without ever going to access the water leaking up through my bathroom floor, so l believed him and ended up ordering a new water heater. Then l had to get another plumbing service which was Capurisio to come out and install the new water heater. I asked them as well if they thought the bad water heater was the cause of my problem with water coming up into my bathroom. They also basically said yes, but never came into check the leaking in my bathroom as well as the first plumber. I paid to get a new hot water heater and to have Capurisio to install it and still had water in my bathroom. This leak has been going on since December 24th. I then called Roto Rooter and set up an appt. for today January 5th. The plumber who came out DID come and check my bathroom and saw the leaking water. He checked under my sink and my toilet and then went outside under my mobile home to check for leaking. After seeing some water underneath, he came out and then checked in the closet where my hot water heater was located and found out all the problem l have been having all this time was a loose plumbing fitting from my shower connection to my hot water heater. He said l may not have even needed to by a brand new water heater. It was a simple problem, yet two different plumbers l had couldn't find that it was just a loose fitting that needed to be tightened!! Now after buying a new water heater and installed, l am out$1,200 and now my floor is ruined and has to be torn up and replaced. I am not happy at all, but happy Roto Rooter's plumber found the problem and pretty quickly. He was very nice and they also had the manger come out and explain how they would come out and replace my bathroom floor and then dry it out with dehumidifiers and fans placed underneath my mobile home. The manger Kaleb was great and was very understanding about my limited finances and only get Social Security and was willing to work with my as far as cost. I am happy that after all this time, found a plumber and company that was competent!! Thank you to both their plumber and the nanager Kaleb!
