Costumer service on the phone was great, the lady was so nice and understanding & she got me help. I was so overwhelmed, she was so kind. Brian came and stop my leak, he was so patient & kind with me. I'm grateful for the people that helped me. My dishwasher was leaking. He was able to shut water off to it & help me order the part on Amazon & then told me the next steps to take and got in touch with the person that would help with water damage. I appreciate it, it was late Friday and they took care of me. Thank you! Kaleb came out the next day and he was so wonderful & understanding. Explained everything. Took time with me, checked everything out & Explained the next steps for water damage and repair. I will always remember them for helping in emergency situation with kindness & understanding!

Had water leaking up through my bathroom floor in my mobile home since December 14th. The first plumber l called came out on December 17th never came into my bathroom to check where or why l had water leaking up through my floor. He went straight to where my water heater was located outside in a closet, saw water all around the base of my heater as well as leaking outside the closet onto my carport and told me l needed a new hot water heater because my water heater was bad and and was leaking around the base and why water was leaking out of the closet. I asked him was that why l had water seeping up through my floor in my bathroom. He told yes, most likely. Then he left without ever going to access the water leaking up through my bathroom floor, so l believed him and ended up ordering a new water heater. Then l had to get another plumbing service which was Capurisio to come out and install the new water heater. I asked them as well if they thought the bad water heater was the cause of my problem with water coming up into my bathroom. They also basically said yes, but never came into check the leaking in my bathroom as well as the first plumber. I paid to get a new hot water heater and to have Capurisio to install it and still had water in my bathroom. This leak has been going on since December 24th. I then called Roto Rooter and set up an appt. for today January 5th. The plumber who came out DID come and check my bathroom and saw the leaking water. He checked under my sink and my toilet and then went outside under my mobile home to check for leaking. After seeing some water underneath, he came out and then checked in the closet where my hot water heater was located and found out all the problem l have been having all this time was a loose plumbing fitting from my shower connection to my hot water heater. He said l may not have even needed to by a brand new water heater. It was a simple problem, yet two different plumbers l had couldn't find that it was just a loose fitting that needed to be tightened!! Now after buying a new water heater and installed, l am out$1,200 and now my floor is ruined and has to be torn up and replaced. I am not happy at all, but happy Roto Rooter's plumber found the problem and pretty quickly. He was very nice and they also had the manger come out and explain how they would come out and replace my bathroom floor and then dry it out with dehumidifiers and fans placed underneath my mobile home. The manger Kaleb was great and was very understanding about my limited finances and only get Social Security and was willing to work with my as far as cost. I am happy that after all this time, found a plumber and company that was competent!! Thank you to both their plumber and the nanager Kaleb!

Derek was awesome. He ran into multiple roadblocks due to all our plumbing being over 100 yr old cast iron. He stayed positive and professional. He has to come back to do some sewer vent and I'm super happy that he's the one doing it. I highly recommend him. He's young but definitely knows what he's doing and if he doesn't he don't bullcrap you. My inlaws are very satisfied at this point. Thanks

We had the best customer care and service work you could expect. The scheduler was professional and courteous. We were contacted several times to verify the time we could expect a repair man. We were surprised not only that someone came out so quickly but the repair was done the same day. Our repair man was Brian. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. He listened to our concerns, answered questions and was very clear and concise as to his repair recommendations. Even factoring in the time he had to go for parts, he had the job completed very quickly. The price felt fair and there were no hidden fees or last minute changes. Brian is an asset for Roto-Rooter and due to his outstanding service he provided, we can not only recommend this company but we will call them for future plumbing issues.

Best plumbing experience ever! Jerod and William originally came to assist with the replacement of an old garbage disposal, but when we mentioned the need to upgrade our kitchen sink, faucet and under-sink plumbing as well, they sprang into action, and we had EVERYTHING replaced within 72 hours. They were incredibly polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and their clean-up left the kitchen neater than they found it. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Responsive to every need and gave immediate service.. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend Kaleb, the Project Mgr, as well as Ethan, Franklin and the whole inside reclamation/ restoration team was GREAT, SO efficient, polite and they communicated every single day multiple times. What a relief to be in such capable hands! The job they did was A+ Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I did, I know I would not hesitate to call then right away.

The service man came to the house, complained the whole time, told us all the things we did wrong to clog the floor drain, said he unclogged "the whole system" and actually unclogged one single drain on a system he said was "connected." He ran out of water in his truck within 10 minutes of starting the job and insisted on using the water from the house. Quoted one price for the job and then quoted a price 3 times as much when he got there. I feel that is why he unclogged one single drain. The whole experience was awful! Totally would not recommend the service person I had to deal with. The work was done at my elderly Mother's house in Tyrone. ******Edited to say that the Service manager, Robert, called and tried to "make it right" and showed a lot of compassion and empathy. A little kindness goes a long way. I was grateful to find out that that service person I dealt with no longer works there! Even though it is not possible to make it right now, I appreciated the offer!

The technician gave me the options and estimates to clean out a backed up sewer line. I chose to use their water jet service with a 6 month warranty. It took less than 30 minutes and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service!
