Roto-Rooter Phoenix/Tempe recently responded to an urgent sump pump issue at our home, and the service exceeded expectations. Diego D. was dispatched for the repair. Although he noted he is a plumber who is still relatively new to sump pump systems, he demonstrated strong professionalism and transparency. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes and made a quick adjustment that completely resolved the issue. To our surprise, he did not charge us for what he considered a minor fix. Trevor, the Site Supervisor, also arrived for the emergency appointment. He was equally professional and conducted a complimentary video scope of our exterior pipes. Fortunately, everything appeared normal. Both technicians worked efficiently and completed all necessary checks in under an hour. From scheduling to service, the entire team was exceptional. Floyd arranged our appointment within an hour of calling, and Diego and Trevor delivered friendly, fast, and knowledgeable support. Their willingness to help, their professionalism, and their eagerness to ensure the job was done right made a lasting impression. I will absolutely be recommending Roto-Rooter Phoenix/Tempe. The technician Diego DeJesus and the technician operating the camera were both very professional, thorough and efficient. They were honest and upfront about the price with no surprise fees. I Called with a backed up main line at 6pm on a Saturday they arrived in about an hour and the job was completed by 8pm. Other companies I called wanted to change a significant fee for coming out on a Saturday Night.

Diego De Jesus was fantastic! He came 40 minutes out of his way after hours when we had an urgent leak. He cleared out the leak in a timely manner and took his time to educate us about plumbing and answered all of our questions! He is an honest guy and we felt confident that our issue is resolved. For my plumbing issue I was disappointed because my window was 10:39-12:39 and then I kept getting texts it would be later (good communication about being late). It was 4:15 before the plumber arrived. He fixed the issue and checked all other spots that were like the issue itself and all was good. The problem with the lateness, was the water was shut off to my whole house until the issue was fixed. Since the issue caused flooding in my house that was a problem to not have any water until being fixed. The great thing was that the company lead on getting the place dried out and starting the tearing out of damaged areas was there at noon. He was in the vicinity, heard the call, and came over. I had used Roto Rooter before and they did a great job. They contract with all the companies that are involved in a reconstruction from water or fire damage. Mine was water. So, they had already started dehumidification and tear out of wet materials long before the plumber came. The reconstruction lead helped me make my claim. They also contract with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) and that made it easier. That same day I also heard from Integrity, a company that packs your house up for the reconstruction work. They are fantastic and Roto Rooter initiated that call. The company that will do the reconstruction also contacted me a few days later and my claims adjuster did, too. Roto Rooter also works long hours and every day they can and get work completed in a timely manner. I will be out of my house for about 3 months (maybe more) when it is all said and done. Between Roto Rooter and Liberty Mutual I am in good hands.
