When I called to get an estimate for unclogging my mom’s toilet, I didn’t anticipate someone would come and fix it right away. The representative assured me that someone would arrive within the hour, and indeed, Andrew showed up promptly. He was knowledgeable, efficiently fixed the clog, and provided a detailed explanation of the underlying issue. To top it off, the service was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them. "Mason" the Tech was great! Very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions to help with future issues. He is a very valuable member of your team and probably deserves a raise. I appreciated his advice because it's an ongoing concern. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because since the last time I had the service done in 2021 the price more than doubled! Same equipment, same truck same techs - 110% price increase. Something wrong there.

Alex did a excellent job putting in our hot water heater.The bonus was when my husband ask him to install my "HOROW"Smart Toilet.It is a must have item .. Very quite and relaxing leaves you feeling clean and fresh. The remote control is your comfort.push a button and feel the warmth from the feminine wash most of all no more closing the lid or flushing the toilet it does it automatically!Roto-Rooter also installs and take away all the trash including the ole toilet..Sharon Fontenot,Phoenix AZ. Horow smart toilet is purchased separately..It only takes 5-7 days to arrive!!

We moved into a new (to us) home that no one had lived in for over a year, on day 4 the main sewer line backed up at 10:30pm. We called Roto-Rooter, the woman who answered the phone was kind, courteous and quick to find us help. We've been having hot water heater issues. Yesterday it became worse. Andrew came out and provided same-day service, 630 PM on a Tuesday which was nice. He was knowledgeable and professional and outlined our options. While he didn't perform any work yet, just provided an estimate, it was a good experience for a first meeting.
