Roto-Rooter came and repaired a broken sewer pipe outside my house. Adam worked with me and tried the “simple” fixes first at my request. But when it became apparent that the problem was a broken exterior line, he sent Seth and crew to excavate and repair the broken portion of my sewer line. (Of note, we were unable to find the access pipe, which we later found buried about a foot underground.) Adam and Seth were professional, courteous, and worked quickly to restore my plumbing issue. It was an expensive fix but the cost was comparable to another big name company with which I compared prices, and their service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.

I simply can't say enough good things about Horace from Roto-Rooter. His attention to details is spot on! Horace made sure our basement was clean, sanitized and dry. He even answered calls after hours about questions we had. He is terrific to work with. I can't imagine doing this kind of cleanup, but he does it all in stride and very well. Thank you so very much for your hard work and dedication Horace! And thank you Roto-Rooter for coming to our rescue! I highly recommend this company!!

Called office at 8:30 a.m. and technician, Mike, was at property by 9:30. After hearing our problem, he made an assessment and helped us to determine the best option to move forward. Mike was knowledgeable of the public connections and how older systems were built. Using a camera and power hose, he quickly fixed our problem. With his camera he was able to show us that everything was cleared and all was in good working order before he left. We were appreciative of the service from start to finish.

Service response was very quick. The technician that came to fix my homes main drainage clog was great! Very friendly and personable as well as knowledgable. If I have another issue in the future, I will call Roto Rooter again. Of course its an unfortunate situation to need to call, but they really made the process as good as it can be!

Great service at a very difficult time. The blockage happened during Super Bowl Sunday! Appreciate the great service! Horace in crew came the next day and handled the basement very quickly and efficiently! I never even heard any noise as I was here most of the day. The cleanup was great. The follow up was excellent! I will recommend to Friends and family.

Mike was awesome. He was able to pin point exactly where the clog was and clear it. Great conversation while fixing the clog. Highly recommend him and would definitely request him for any future issues I may have down the road. Very friendly and upfront with everything and even recommended the company's product to help keep and maintain my drain for a long time to come.
