Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter came and repaired a broken sewer pipe outside my house. Adam worked with me and tried the “simple” fixes first at my request. But when it became apparent that the problem was a broken exterior line, he sent Seth and crew to excavate and repair the broken portion of my sewer line. (Of note, we were unable to find the access pipe, which we later found buried about a foot underground.) Adam and Seth were professional, courteous, and worked quickly to restore my plumbing issue. It was an expensive fix but the cost was comparable to another big name company with which I compared prices, and their service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.

I simply can't say enough good things about Horace from Roto-Rooter. His attention to details is spot on! Horace made sure our basement was clean, sanitized and dry. He even answered calls after hours about questions we had. He is terrific to work with. I can't imagine doing this kind of cleanup, but he does it all in stride and very well. Called office at 8:30 a.m. and technician, Mike, was at property by 9:30. After hearing our problem, he made an assessment and helped us to determine the best option to move forward. Mike was knowledgeable of the public connections and how older systems were built. Using a camera and power hose, he quickly fixed our problem. With his camera he was able to show us that everything was cleared and all was in good working order before he left. We were appreciative of the service from start to finish.
