Rob came out to unclog our drain pipe at 10 pm . He went over and above to fix our problem and checked pipe the hole way to street to make sure it was good and not broke . He explained everything he was doing to me while doing it . Would definitely recommend Rob from Roto Rooter to anyone in need of a plumber!!

We had a pipe burst under our home and Chris with Roto-Rooter came out and fixed it with no problems. He was so kind and patient with all my ridiculous questions and very thorough with his work and explanations throughout the process. I could not be more happy with his service today. Everyone I've spoken to and had come out to help us had been absolutely wonderful. Very kind, helpful and understanding. Rob was fantastic. He was so freaking friendly and informative. It was a hard week with the water heater going out, and the pipe breaking. He fixed the pipe and gave some good information about the parts and work he did. Rob saved the day and made me as a new homeowner feel good.

I had a great experience. He was extremely friendly, professional, and showed up quickly when we needed help. He took the time to explain everything clearly, paid close attention to detail, and made sure the job was done right, not rushed. What I appreciated most was his honest recommendations. He didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and really focused on what made the most sense for our situation and budget. Extra bonus that he was a dog lover and I didn’t have to put the dog away. Technician was pleasant and mannerly. Gave a free estimate. I had the work done, a clogged drain to the curb, and it was cleared in a timely manner. Technician cleaned the area and made sure I tested and was happy with the completed work. Technician will also come back with a camera to see if there are any further issues.

Wow, I never seen anyone work so hard. It took 3 hours but, your contractor keep working continuously to get the job done !!!! We had a major blockage from toilet that backed up onto our tub. What a nightmare !!! Thank you. I will highly recommend your company.
