I would have thought it impossible to have beat our 1st Roto Rooter visit, but it happened. Elijah came out after normal business hours & did everything and anything he could to identify the problem, get additional services to our door the same night, & even offered to go above & beyond to try a 3rd time in the hopes it would have solved the problem. It got late & he was tired but stayed positive, friendly, & professional despite it all. He's a tank and worked SO hard. He also worked so well with his coworkers Max & Mike too which makes him an ideal employee in my book. Shout outs to Mike for being so friendly (which took some pain from the situation) & Max, who was delightful, helpful beyond measure, & a pleasure to work with. All are trustworthy people who deserve the publics' trust & business. Look, you dont call Roto Rooter because evrlerything is rainbows but these guys spread their own positive light on what was a crappy situation (pun intended). Thanks to all & we will refer you to anyone we know as well as our neighborhood. You rock!!! Give these guys raises!

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Zack. Our kitchen sink was completely blocked, and we were worried it would be a major, messy job. Zack arrived on time and was polite and professional from the start. He patiently listened to our description of the problem before conducting his own inspection. What impressed me the most was his patience and dedication. He didn't just rush the job; he took the time to ensure the root cause of the blockage was completely resolved. Our service plumber Elijah , was very professional very helpful. He was showing me things and teaching me things that I did not know about and I can now explain them to my girl that will help us as homeowners not suffer what we just did when our water heater decided to leak thanks to Elijah and everything he has taught us today. We are now more prepared. He replaced our water heater. He had to strap it with earthquake proof he had to. He had to add an Heating coil and he replaced our PRV A pressure reducing valve I do feel sorry that I kept him here all day fixing our little problem, but there’s ever someone to come out and help us. I’d recommend him.

Zach was amazing. He took time on a holiday to come out and make sure we were taken care of. He took extra time to double check our main line was cleared, so we wouldn’t be left without plumbing for the night. He did a fantastic job!

Great service!! Zachary came to my house within an hour. He clearly explained everything he needed to do to inspect what was going on and made sure I was comfortable with pricing and the entire process. He took care of everything in less than 2 hours and didn’t leave any mess after. He explained how I can prevent this in the future as well. Highly recommend!

Zack from Roto-Rooter was great to work with. Despite the snowstorm, he showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it with no hassle. Super friendly and easy to deal with. My puppy even followed him around the whole time, which says a lot. Would definitely recommend.

Overall they did a fantastic and quick job that I did not want to do. My only real complaint, is that the day that I wanted to get it done it had to be rescheduled because their technicians kept running into issues at their other appointments making my appointment get pushed further and further back. I know things like that happen though. They were very prompt to make sure that I got everything taken care of though at the next appointment. It also was a little pricier that I was expecting, but I've also never paid for plumbing service of any kind before I've always just done it myself, so I don't know the actual cost of how things normally are. However the price was completely worth it because I didn't have to do it this time.
