Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter came within 2 hours of when I called. Having a backed up kitchen sink 2 days before Christmas is not fun. The technician was great! He gave me an estimate and when I gagged, he gave me a discount that was better than their on-line coupon. He also made sure to tell me the work came with a 6 month guarantee. My regular plumber's is only 2 months. He quickly started to work and removed the clog from the main pipe. He also told me the configuration of the current pipes was not ideal, which I knew. But unlike my regular plumber who quoted me an estimate to fix the configuration, this technician told me how to fix it myself. Great guy! He saved me money and my Christmas baking! I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!

Mike (4893) was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. He also saved me a lot of money because another plumber told me I would have to get my kicked ripped up to fix my drain pipe. Mike was able to fix it and give me tips to keep it flowing properly. I know who to come to first, next time I have an issue with my plumbing.

Alvaro was an amazing calming presence in a time of panic today. He guided me through what needed to be done when my hot water handle flew off the sink. Thankfully I was able to find the whole house water shut-off valve to avoid totally calamity in my rental that it would have been before he arrived. He was patient and calm in the face of my frazzled condition. Highly recommend Alvaro!

My water heater failed and damaged my kitchen ceiling and drywall. Roto-Rooter was on site within an hour. They took care of replacing the water heater and clearing up the damage. They filed the initial claim with my insurance for the mitigation services. The crew worked until very late in the day. Follow-up was terrific.

James is a very congenial master plumber who obviously knows and enjoys what he is doing when he changed my water heater in my high rise Philly condo on the 10 yr due date with his nice helper and answered all my questions while doing a great job! It is better and safer than the one installed by our retired plumber 10 yrs ago! It even looks better! It turned out to be a fun day with good company taking good care of this serious project in my high rise Condo unit today! 
