Roto-Rooter was absolutely amazing. We had a pipe back up right as we sat down for supper. We called the number and had an operator taking down information and sending out a tech in only a few minutes. We had a phone call from an additional service tech asking if we would like someone out stat to clean up the back-up. The the plumber, James, called and was at our house within 10 minutes. From the first call to the issue being fixed was barely more than 30 minutes. The issue was able to be temporarily fixed quickly but James gave us a quote right then for a permanent solution. Everyone who we spoke to was kind, understanding, and extremely professional. James even humored our 3 year old who pestered him non-stop the whole time he was at our house. Would absolutely recommend you call Roto-Rooter for any needs.
Chris was so helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond looking for an obsolete part for our nearly 20 yr old water heater. And when that didn’t work he was able to figure out a way to get the water heater to work again anyways. Chris was awesome I’d highly recommend him!
Recently purchased home, a week into ownership basement drain started backing up into our basement. Went to Roto Rooters website booked a service, and within 24 hours (18 to be exact) they were at my home. James discovered a major issue, showed me, and walked me through what to expect..
