I can not say enough about my dealings with Rita Router. I’m a widow who never had to deal with household issues and I truly depend on my Lord and Savior Jesus to lead and guide me. I was lead to contact Roto Rourer and from the very first contact I had nothing but success. I was treated very fairly and everything was explained to me in simple details. I had to have my sewer drain cleaned because of my basement flooding. Then they gave me a fair estimate to come and sanitize my basement. The workers took great respect of my home in covering my floors and carpets with plastic and were so friendly and everything was done to the exact same way it was explained. Thank you very much I will only use this company for all my plumbing needs

Roto-Rooter came out to fix this recurring issue of a pipe bursting in extreme cold and it cost less than half as much as the other company that did it last winter. Same day service! Bob was great to work with on this urgent matter and the dispatch team communicated very well.

Had a great experience using Roto-Rooter. My kitchen sink started leaking when one of the pipes gave out. The dispatcher I talked to was friendly and told me that a plumber would arrive in about an hour. The plumber, Christian, was great. We had a tricky situation with the way our kitchen plumbing was setup and he was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend using this company, especially for any after-hours emergencies. The price overall was reasonable as well.

I came home after work to a flooded basement. (Saturday evening) and needed a emergency service call. Roto Rooter was here in a little over an hour. The gentleman that came to help me was Marc. He was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, determined and extremely efficient. He spent hours working on the backed up drains and was successful! He maintained a positive attitude (given the situation) and was very personable. I will be a returning customer just based on the excellent service I received from Marc. I cannot give these guys enough stars!!! They were fabulous!! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. I have had 4 plumbers come to my house and tell me they needed to find the house clean out, then told me to have the flood cleaned up and call them back. Bob from Roto Rooter said “There is usually a clean out on the bottom of the stack.” I said, yeah, there is a thing sticking out there. He opened it and fixed the clog in under two hours, including having to run to the hardware store for parts. Why the other 4 plumbers did not do this, even when I pointed out the stack to them, is beyond me. The man who takes care of flood damage showed up before the plumber left and did his survey, and has contacted the insurance people. He has been in touch with me daily with updates. All of this was in less than 24 hours from me scheduling an appointment in the app. I should have called Roto Rooter in the first place. Murrysville PA office. 100% recommend.

RR was able to come quite quickly to my residence. The men who worked on my issues were very efficient! John and Corey knew their craft well.One gentleman was older, the other a little younger, but I noticed how well they worked together! A great mixture of inter generational work relationships in my opinion. There was also a gentleman named BJ who was Johnny on the Spot! He walked me through the upcoming process of what was to come. The only thing that bothered me was the numerous calls I got from RR regarding the job. I started getting confused, because I felt that the company should have had the chain a little more organized with their calls.
