Tech got the shower tub faucet cartridge replaced and a new one installed but could have cleaned the work area better. He used our bath mat to clean the bath tub area and did not put the plate back on properly. Other than that, he got the job done. I would recommend making sure techs cleanup properly and make sure they use their own cleaning supplies.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Talk about GREAT work!! We have never had such terrific service! Hunter has been AWESOME! Very friendly and has been keeping us informed every step of the way! I just had Jon from Roto-Rooter change the cartridge in my tub faucet, and I was really impressed. Jon was professional and even though it was late at night, he took the time to explain what he was doing and teach me the process for future reference. I appreciated his understanding of my predicament and how he showed great customer service. Overall, a great experience—definitely recommend!"

Thank you Grant, and Roto rooter for saving us!! I had called several places on a Saturday to help us with a bad clog, not having a toilet is not fun. Jon finished today with the camera investigation of all sewage lines where past blockages were seen and then he did the power cleaning of all sewage pipes and followed with the coating to prevent things sticking to the pipes in the future. He replaced my original disposal with a larger, better disposal. He also replaced an old toilet with a recommended better toilet. His knowledge and professionalism was amazing. He was patient with any questions I asked and thoroughly answered those questions. He did not push me to do anything, but when I asked what would happen if I didn’t spend the money on this or what could happen, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I honestly feel like I have a nude sewer system now.

They came out and were very professional. He listened to our concern and what happen and then he got to work. He did what he could, gave us a recommendation for another company to come in to find the actual problem so Roto Rooter didn't do things to waste all of our time and then came back once the other company found the problem!! Very good and the work they do is wonderful.
