I selected Roto Rooter based on the reviews given by others. They were not wrong. Hunter is a real asset to your company. He was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He left the job clean and organized. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and specifically Hunter for your next job!!
Tech got the shower tub faucet cartridge replaced and a new one installed but could have cleaned the work area better. He used our bath mat to clean the bath tub area and did not put the plate back on properly. Other than that, he got the job done. I would recommend making sure techs cleanup properly and make sure they use their own cleaning supplies.
If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Talk about GREAT work!! We have never had such terrific service! Hunter has been AWESOME! Very friendly and has been keeping us informed every step of the way! We couldn’t have better service!! I would 110% recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs! They are now our guys for sure!
