Yairo is absolutely the best plumber. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly and set expectations up front. The work was done very well using high quality parts. I had a clogged drain line and pressure valve replaced and the results were instantaneous. I would absolutely recommend Yairo to any home.

We had Elijah come out to look at a clogged pipe. He was extremely thorough and wasn’t able to fix the issue right away as our old house has quite complex plumbing, but he set up a time to come back the next morning and was prompt and on time for when we had expected him to be back. He was able to get the pipe cleared and one of the managers also came out to take a look (Ryan). Both of them were super nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend using them again!

This review is just an interaction I saw this company have while on the road. Now granted, lane splitting is illegal on motorcycles, but this company truck decided to swerve and almost hit the motorcycle that was lane splitting on the freeway. It was very aggressive driving. I’m surprised he didn’t actually wipe out the motorcycle. A company as professional as this shouldn’t behave like that. Please drive safely.

They came pretty fast, but charged $160 just to turn on the water heater since there weren't any issues, so I took off a star for the pricing.

I hired Roto-Rooter for an emergency to clear 2 separate drain lines in a rental property. Elijah was the technician that was sent out to the job. Same day appointment within about 2hrs of my calling in. Elijah was extremely thorough and communicative with me. I had part of my staff on site while he was working so he sent me pictures of the full scope of work. There ended up being quite a bit of build up in the lines but we were able to get it all cleared out. I will definitely use Elijah and Roto-Rooter again and absolutely recommend their services.
