This is my first time using Roto-Rooter Plumbing, everyone knows the name. Had to get someone out on a Saturday to replace backyard hose bibb which has been on there for 22 years so I figured lets give them a try, they stated they do not charge extra for weekends, I booked online about 2:30 pm which was very easy and within 10 minutes I received an email and text that Angel would be arriving between 3 and 5 same day. Angel arrived between the scheduled time and let me know what we needed to do to fix, Angel was very courteous and professional. To correctly take care of the issue since I could not remove hose bibb from line, we had to cut the line and install a partial new line and hose bibb. Angel explained everything in detail and job was done in about 2 hours. Angel and Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job on getting this job completed. Angel is an outstanding plumber and I would highly recommend him and this company. Angel thank you for doing a fantastic job for us!!! On a side note Roto-Rooter please get this outstanding employee a newer vehicle he can be proud of, he deserves it. Vehicle was not to bad but it was a little run down. :)

Angel was terrific. Arrived during a holiday at night around 10pm to help us through a backyard bib that had broken and was spewing water. He got us quickly into a position to take the leak so we could be home without the water turned off, and then returned EARLY on his shift the next day with parts. He was able to address an issue with the source pipe that might have required punching a hole in our wall, which is a lifesaver and timesaver! Personable throughout and did not mind my hanging around to see what was happening and talk me through what he was doing.

Very bad service! I called Mark who we used in November to help us with a blockage, he was busy, I called again Saturday, he was still busy so referred us to Andrew who called Sunday, but Andrew wanted to watch the Super Bowl. We agreed Monday would be ok, an inconvenience, but I was trying to be nice. I'd have everyone who lives downstairs use the bathrooms upstairs. I messaged him Monday to ask when he was coming out 3 times, no response except to get address. Finally a little before 5p he said he could come out. It was around 6p when he called and said he'd send me a quote, didn't fix the clog, toilets backing up, my downstairs smells, 4 DAYS we've been waiting! He didn't even unclog it until he could come back with a new pump (our pump works, we just had it replaced in November, its just not efficient enough) He could have unclogged it so at least it could have made it another few days or weeks until the pump came in. I called him upset asking if Roto Rooter kept records, and why we had to wait another day to get the problem resolved. He didn't have any answers and just said he would send me the quote. I asked him twice in text to send me the quote and his reply was that he didn't think we should do service together, because he was upset that I was upset. I am upset it took 4 days to get some one out and he didn't even solve the problem! AND he said he wanted to watch the Super Bowl, we agreed and he screwed me over!! Had I known the service was so slow, inefficient, inconsiderate and that I would have wasted 4 days, I never would have reached out to them to begin with!!

My daughter threw a toy down the toilet AS I was flushing. Angel came out & helped clear the system so we could get back to using our toilet. He was professional and respectful of my home. I loved that I was able to schedule my service on line when it worked for me.

recommending one more day of remediation (fans and dehumidifiers). We agreed and the next day when they came back, they took measurements on the problem areas, told us it was all dry with no potential issues, picked up their equipment, cleaned their work area and left. These guys deserve a 5 star rating. In the meantime, I was able to gather more information and felt more and more disturbed about the dishonest actions of the Field Supervisor. I contacted the head office in Phoenix, specifically to find out if they really had a $2k minimum for cash. That seemed the most unbelievable of all the crap I was told. After a couple attempts, they never got back to me, but they also never asked for the 2nd half of the payment. I have had great success working with Roto Rooter over the years. Their technicians are always polite, they've always shown up when they said they would, and always solved my problem. While the prices were a little higher, it certainly wasn't out of line given it has always been in an emergency situation. For standard plumbing, especially in an emergency situation, I would always recommend them. However, if it's a water remediation situation, approach with caution. I have subsequently learned this is a very lucrative business and fraught with shysters. Be careful. Roto Rooter may not be the worst for that, but they certainly need to be approached cautiously. I hope the technicians are not penalized for this rating, but buyer beware is my message.

Roto-Rooter provided outstanding service. They arrived within an hour of our call for a clogged shower drain and had the issue resolved in about 30 minutes. Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and especially helpful with understanding the older plumbing setup in our backyard. He quickly diagnosed the problem and handled it efficiently. Fast, reliable service and great expertise — highly recommend.

Not sure if my review went through so I will try again We were extremely happy with our service tech Angel It was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He continued to do his job and so we are completely satisfied. We even came out the next day with Clean the camera guy who is also very polite and knowledgeable.
