Cole came out today to review our drainage/gutter issue, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about the type of drainage system commonly installed here in Arizona and took the time to explain what was going on clearly. Even though this particular setup was not something he was able to assist with, he did not try to push unnecessary work or sell us something we did not need. I appreciated his straightforward guidance, respectful approach, and honesty. Very good experience overall.

Joe was amazing! He is extremely professional and hard working! His experience is evident as he encountered some challenges trying to get his hydrojet hose into my homes main sewer line; HOWEVER, he did not give up trying and was able to utilize his years of hydro jetting experience couple with patience to get past the challenge and clear out my plumbing lines! I would highly recommend that Roto Rooter recognize and value such an amazing asset as Joe!

2nd appointment in two months. Our kitchen drain backed up and are we glad Mason was here to save the day. Upon his arrival he found that we almost flooded the kitchen cabinet trying to work on the plumbing ourselves. Did you know that Roto Rooter even has a water clean up team. He dried up all the water by hand in the bucket then fixed the clog! This guy was amazing. Very knowledgeable and had a great sense of urgency.

From the first phone call to the actual interaction with the technician (Diego), our experience was very positive. Diego was friendly, honest, and very informative. We had a drain clog and it was taken care of within 2 hours of our phone call (with a very lovely woman). We did decline the extremely expensive repair for a belly (unrelated to the clog but still a concern for the future) provided by a follow up person.
