Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Incredible experience. I’ve always dreaded calling plumbers. I’ve been having an issue at my business for years. Every 6 months or so it would back up. We found a foreign object in there and plumbers would continue to clear the clog but not even try to remove the object. Mason decided to give it a go and using the camera and the snake he strategically and patiently maneuvered the two and was able to get it out of the line after about an hour. It seriously was incredible to watch. Him and his assistant Tommy were the best to work with! Will recommend and only be with using them from here on out!

We recently had a water heater break that caused significant damage to several walls and flooring areas in our home and garage. I truly appreciated that Roto-Rooter offers 24/7 availability, allowing me to call in the early morning hours and schedule immediate help. Ashley arrived first to assess the water damage and explain what was needed for mitigation. She was incredibly friendly, thorough, and made sure we understood each step. Later, Mark came to diagnose the water heater issue. He was also very friendly and took care of installing a new water heater in a temporary location while mitigation services are performed to restore the area it was originally installed. This allows for us to have hot water while we wait for all repairs to be completed. He also provided recommendations to help us plan the next steps once repairs were done. The manager, Andrew, also visited and reviewed the services with us. He was very personable and offered for us to contact him at any point with questions. Throughout the entire process, Ashley and Andrew stayed in regular contact and kept us updated on progress. After the mitigation was completed, they even provided a referral for a contractor to handle the restoration work. Once the restoration is complete, Mark will be coming back to move the new unit to its permanent location. Overall, they have taken great care of us during a stressful situation, and we would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

Called in an emergency service. They responded within the hour. Mason and Tommy cleaned out two of our drains and left behind a treatment to remove the foul odor coming from our sinks and showers. Highly Recommend Mason to anyone in need of a drain problem. Rotor Rooter offers a free camera on their website. Lifelong customers. My father used Roto Rooter over 70 years ago. They have never let us down. You get what you pay for in this industry.

The whole Roto-Rooter team is great. I’m the Master Plumber for West Shore Home, a home remodeling company and anytime we run into an issue/service that we don’t provide I always refer them to Roto-Rooter. They have come thru to help me and my team and our customers many times and have always provided excellent service. I have been plagued by a continuously clogging kitchen sink for almost a year and nothing we did or had done was working. One call from roto-rooter we had it cleared!! Mason came right out, within an hour of my call, and was able to get everything running like new again!! He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind. Couldn't be happier and with as much as I cook and clean and use that sink I can honestly say they have improved my quality of life! Thank you guys so much!

Mason and his General Manager saved the day!!! After Rooter Ranger charged us 18k dollars in a scam to replace our backyard sewer pipe. Mason provided a thorough inspection and even contacted the city on his own. City of Phx is also stepping in to repair their pipe in my alley to correct more pipe issues that we have. Our home was built in the 1930’s and has needed this upgrade. We wished we would have called Roto- Rooter first. Happy with the quick response time and overall timing from Mason coordinating to get this line repaired. They are the best in the business and you truly get what you pay for.

Mason was able to come out and fix a major issue with backed up sinks in our warehouse. The sinks have been an issue here for years and he fixed things up in less than an hour.

Fantastic is an understatement. First plumber was great but could not figure out our tricky plumbing. They brought in Mason to save the day using his high IQ in drains he was able to clear the drain in an hour flat. Left us with a preventative cleaner to help keep troubles from happening in the future. We’ve been customers of Roto Rooter for over 15 years. Mason and company are really a step ahead of all their competitors.

If I could give 0 stars I would trust that!!! I am so beyond fed up with this company throwing me around in circles and everyone just blaming each other. They were so quick to take our money but not complete the job. The pluming portion has now been completed 3weeks later and now I have to wait for insurance when I already paid the full portion…. No one has reached back out and the fact that I have to keep calling to know what’s going on is frustrating and supper unprofessional!! I knew I should not have picked this company after all!!! When I first scheduled I scheduled a whole week ahead and the day of they were trying to reschedule, not once did anyone call me to give me an eta on where the plumbers were, I had to be the one to call!!!! They broke my sink they also broke my kitchen cabinets… I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Mason and the wonderful company of Roto-Rooter saved the day!!! We have fallen on hard times and they helped clear our sewer for Pennies on the dollar. We are almost in tears of joy with the help Mason provided this morning at our trailer in Tonopah. His management team approved the discount. No one would come to help us but the heroes at Roto-Rooter truly saved the day.
