Incredible experience. I’ve always dreaded calling plumbers. I’ve been having an issue at my business for years. Every 6 months or so it would back up. We found a foreign object in there and plumbers would continue to clear the clog but not even try to remove the object. Mason decided to give it a go and using the camera and the snake he strategically and patiently maneuvered the two and was able to get it out of the line after about an hour. It seriously was incredible to watch. Him and his assistant Tommy were the best to work with! Will recommend and only be with using them from here on out!

We recently had a water heater break that caused significant damage to several walls and flooring areas in our home and garage. I truly appreciated that Roto-Rooter offers 24/7 availability, allowing me to call in the early morning hours and schedule immediate help. Ashley arrived first to assess the water damage and explain what was needed for mitigation. She was incredibly friendly, thorough, and made sure we understood each step. Later, Mark came to diagnose the water heater issue. He was also very friendly and took care of installing a new water heater in a temporary location while mitigation services are performed to restore the area it was originally installed. This allows for us to have hot water while we wait for all repairs to be completed. He also provided recommendations to help us plan the next steps once repairs were done. The manager, Andrew, also visited and reviewed the services with us. He was very personable and offered for us to contact him at any point with questions. Throughout the entire process, Ashley and Andrew stayed in regular contact and kept us updated on progress. After the mitigation was completed, they even provided a referral for a contractor to handle the restoration work. Once the restoration is complete, Mark will be coming back to move the new unit to its permanent location. Overall, they have taken great care of us during a stressful situation, and we would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

Called in an emergency service. They responded within the hour. Mason and Tommy cleaned out two of our drains and left behind a treatment to remove the foul odor coming from our sinks and showers. Highly Recommend Mason to anyone in need of a drain problem. Rotor Rooter offers a free camera on their website. Lifelong customers. My father used Roto Rooter over 70 years ago. They have never let us down. You get what you pay for in this industry.
