My heater stopped working and I had no hot water over the weekend. The company I originally purchased from didn’t have an on-call plumber, so I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbing based on their excellent reviews, even though I had never used their services before. When you call for weekend emergencies, you’re assisted by an outside service, but they quickly connected me with Anthony, who was attentive and professional. He reassured me that my issue would be addressed as soon as possible. The technician—whose name I believe was Michael—arrived quickly and immediately fixed the problem. He provided excellent customer service, was very professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely use Roto-Rooter Plumbing again in the future.

Frank gave absolutely great service, friendly, fast, efficient. It felt more like a friend was working on our project with as relaxed and professional as Frank was. Would 100% recommend! And such a quick response for after hours when we needed it most!
