I had an outstanding experience with Dave Boniscavage. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and thorough. Dave, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and completed the work with exceptional skill and attention to detail. Not only did he fix the issue perfectly, but Dave also took the time to explain what had caused it and offered helpful tips to prevent future problems. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and highly skilled plumber. He was very kind and we were very comfortable around him as well. This review is from a home on Hepburn street he took care of in July 2025. Late review but he was not forgotten. Plumbing is still working great

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received. I contacted them late at night, they were there the next day. Todd was my service guy. Very Professional, and Polite. They had to come back the next day. Todd and Noah, returned the following day. Noah was also very Professional and Polite.

My home main sewer line ruptured on Dec. 26, 2025. It doesn't get any better than that— between Christmas and New Year holidays, on Friday night. But Santa Clause arrived at my home disguised as Todd McShaw- Roto-Rooter technician, performed the video line inspection and water jet clearing process with quoted price of $775.00. But, Todd said he will only charge me $250.00 because the blockage remained. I believe in Santa Clause again. Thanks Todd, blessings to you and yours.

Dave was an amazing associate and went up and beyond to diagnose our issue and move forward to fix the problem. Even though we still have a long road to get everything fixed, he assured us that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! He was extremely fair with everything! What a hard worker!! Great job Dave and keep up the good work!!!!

Within 2 hours of calling, Roto Rooter had a service tech at my door. Adam Weiser was personable and knowledgeable. Truly appreciated the fast & efficient service. I've used Roto Rooter in the past and won't hesitate to call them again if I have any issues!

Was lucky to have technician, Camron Bugg, come out to diagnose and repair an emergency issue. Within seconds of arriving, he diagnosed the issue and identified what needed to be replaced. He checked all local sources because we wanted to get it done as soon as possible so we could have our water back on. He found a place with the part, picked it up, and came right back. 10/10 on communication, professionalism, and technical ability. Couldn’t ask for a better tech.
