Great experience, had a clog that I couldn't touch with drain-o or my personal snake, roto came out quickly (within 24 hours, didn't even need a rush job!) They got it fixed quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, very reasonably priced! Dave was awesome and professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Outstanding porta-wc service on our construction site. Always timely, weekly service to maintain, clean, & freshen. The crews have commented on cleanliness. Roto-rooter had the best price in the region when we were looking for service over a year ago. Recommend!!!

My Mom had asked them to do all five of the pipes on the top of our house and the worker ONLY did the main drain. It cost at the time $190. That makes no sense to me, if you are a draining company, you should be able to do all FIVE of the drains that’s on someone’s house, not just the main drain. I hope that this main drain cleaning policy is changed. Please change your cleaning policy to accommodate homes that have more than just the main pipe on AZ residents homes.

I've got a problem drain, and it has always been cheaper to clear it when it slows down, rather than fix the problem. Well the problem drain has begun slowing down again. So I called Roto-Rooter to clear the drain, again. Expecting to receive the same excellent service at approximately the same price as *I have enjoyed for years*. However the tech this time quoted me 350% more! Which was followed up with the slightly more expensive chemical option as an upsell. My response was to politely escort the tech out the door, and found services elsewhere. 25%, 50%, 75% increase, I find distasteful, but I can swallow, and dismiss it as inflation. Three hundred an fifty percent! 350%!!! That is not inflation that as both gouging AND predatory. Regardless of how you classify it, this company has lost my business. I hope *you, my dear comment reader*, take this warning. ***Avoid this business*** Update: I find your reply distasteful. I return, I will sarcastically thank you for confirming my right as a consumer to not use your business. I also find it distasteful to advertise for another company, however if you find yourself an Individual named "Parker" and his male offspring, your needs shall be handled competently, and affordable.
