I have older toilets that can get clogged very easily. Over the last 5 years the West York Roto Rooter has come out 3 times. They are always so professional and respectful. They get here quickly and get the job done fast. I also like that they explain things to me and give me helpful tips. This last time I had a technician named Roy who was especially personable. Both toilets were clogged and he didn't make me feel embarrassed. He fixed things quickly and I really appreciated it. I'd definitely recommend this plumbing company.
Had occasion to use these folks twice recently. On both occasions, remarkable service! The initial phone call, the technicians, and the results were outstanding. Friendly, prompt, informative. Highly recommend them. I plan to use them for other plumbing services.
Just moved to York, new home owner, and had a drain problem. From my 1st call to Elizabeth for scheduling, to the service technician Roy solving the problem, I am very satisfied. The staff was polite and respectful.
