I have older toilets that can get clogged very easily. Over the last 5 years the West York Roto Rooter has come out 3 times. They are always so professional and respectful. They get here quickly and get the job done fast. I also like that they explain things to me and give me helpful tips. This last time I had a technician named Roy who was especially personable. Both toilets were clogged and he didn't make me feel embarrassed. He fixed things quickly and I really appreciated it. I'd definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Had a pinhole leak today in our ceiling, called roto rooter and the tech that showed up was Roy, let me just start off by saying Roy is one heck of a dude. He came in with peak professionalism and found the problem in less than 10 minutes. He explained our options gave us a rough estimate (which was spot on by the way). He left and came back with the parts he needed and fixed the issue all within the hour he was here. Super respectful to both me and wife and I would highly recommend him for any of your residential plumbing repairs. Give that man a raise haha ( no seriously though) cause yall have one hell of a tech

Roy came out same day and got right to work. He cleared grease build up from a previous tenant in less than an hour. He explained a few things in detail on managing future issues and suggested improvements. Very reasonable rates

A BIG THANK YOU to Zac! He showed up on Christmas Eve to try to uncover why my sewer was backing up. Needless to say, it was a broken pipe that would require another visit to repair. He went over and beyond in providing top notch customer service. This was not the way either of us wanted to spend Christmas Eve. Not once did he indicate that my issue was unimportant. He kept me updated on his progress and they provided the repair quote in a timely matter. On the day of the scheduled repair(two days later), he and Alex were on time, kept me educated on their progress, repaired my pipe, and again provided me with the best customer service. I can not thank the team at Roto Rooter enough for having the best employees! And a big thank you to Zac's wife for the yummy cookies.
