I called Roy Dossey Plumbing for a second opinion on a leak in between floors, because the first company I called came out and quoted hundreds of dollars for a wax ring replacement, and they also brought a restoration company that quoted me $3000 for a repair that they didn't even triage. They suggested I file a claim with insurance, which seemed uncalled for, so didn't move forward. I'm very happy with Jake and Fernando from Roy Dossey, who came and assessed the issue, and confirmed it could be solved with a wax ring replacement. The PVC pipes were in good condition, and the leak was resolved. Roy Dossey plumbing will be my first call moving forward.

Old School Plumber that actually knows how to fix things (not just replace them). Very fair and upfront pricing also. If I had a complaint it would be that they were late for the two hour appointment window but I gave them 5 stars anyway because they fixed my shower valve issue and the service was great. I would use them again for sure.
