Royal Plumbing has helped me twice in the last two months. They have shown up to repair the problem within minutes of my call. The first time was on a Sunday (try to get anyone else to show up on a Sunday). The second time was to replace a pressure reducing valve. The temperature was in the 30s and they had to dig in the mud shoveling with a trowel by hand to get to the valve. The project took Kenji and Reng about an hour and a half to complete the job. They were animals, I've never seen anyone work that fast.

Isaac is the gold star in service professionalism. After another company attempted to rip me off for a weekend emergency service (running a cutter through my line) for which they quoted me $465 for, took them an hour to show up for and another hour to complete, only to try to sell me a hydro-jetting or $4800 line replacement. I called Royal. Isaac answered and said, "I can be there 20". He showed up in 5 minutes and had my line free of roots in under 15. Also, charged me almost half of what I was quoted from the other guys who didnt even remotely deliver. Don't worry about shopping around, Royal Plumbing comes up Aces EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Isaac you deserve a raise buddy!! Thanks again!!

Royal repaired my neighbors leak and dug into our yard to reach the leak. Asked to use our electricity to run their jackhammer and water vacuum. Didn't thank us. Piled the mud, rocks on our property (most on a tarp). Would never use them.

We and our four aging toilets are now hooked on Royal Plumbing, which is probably a relief to our friend Tom Scheel, who’s transitioning into the solar business. We are staying at a run down AirBnB "cottage" in Sunnyside and the kitchen faucet spout sprung a leak from corrosion. Water sprayed all over when the faucet was on. Today is Saturday. We told the AirBnB hosts about the issue and within 20 minutes a technician with Royal Plumbing was at the door. 30 minutes later a new kitchen faucet was installed, the area cleaned and tidy, and he was gone. I've seen Royal Plumbing trucks around town for years, but I now see them in a very positive light. I never expected a plumbing company to show up so fast on a Saturday, and complete a job as fast and efficient as this guy did. He even had all new parts with him! I'm sure due to the condition of this property they will return soon, but its good to know these AirBnB hosts knew a great compnany to call. I didnt get the guys' name but he was super cool and friendly.
