Royal replaced our old boiler with a new High Efficiency Boiler and Tankless water heater combo. We had three great technicians Bryton, Devin, & Trevor, who clearly took pride in their work and enjoyed their job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the people, workmanship, service, and the products they installed. We were very impressed. What really impressed me is they only used top of the line components from world class manufacturers. I installed our original boiler 30+ years ago and couldn’t find products of the quality Royal used. No builder’s grade stuff like you would get from the more expensive home services companies that you always hear offering free stuff for over priced services. I highly recommend Royal, they weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive gave us real quality.

Royal has earned my loyalty, I won’t ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs. My house flooded on a random evening in June, and I had no idea why. I called Royal (after business hours) and they came over immediately, in less than an hour. They brought a shopvac and helped me clean up all the water from the flood that night, and they were back the next day to identify the cause of the flood and get it fixed (my downstairs toilet had a large clog which caused it to erupt and flood my entire downstairs). The owner himself, Phil, personally came over to make sure everything was fixed correctly, and took extra time to stay and educate me on how to help prevent plumbing issues in the future. He recommended I get a water filtration system installed, which I did; he taught me how to clean the disposal in my kitchen sink, taught me about the fill valves in my toilets, showed me how to clean the filter in my dishwasher, checked and adjusted my water pressure to make sure everything looked good, and he did all of this for no extra charge other than just the cost of the water filtration system. He even threw in free HVAC servicing for a year. I learned so much from Phil, and I’m happy this issue was able to be resolved as painlessly as it was. Hopefully I won’t have a flood again after everything I’ve learned about plumbing, but if I ever do, Royal will definitely be the first place I call, and they will also be the only ones I call for any plumbing issues going forward. Phil and the team at Royal are clearly here to help people and earn their long-term loyalty. They are a fantastic example of how you get and KEEP people’s business.

My Furnace went out. Royal PHA was able to squeeze me in to replace the motor within 12 hours of calling them. The price surprised me for Labor. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a motor from my old Furnace they said they could install to save me money. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely call them again.

Bryton, Corbin, Landon, were at our home today, installing my new furnace and heat pump and A/C. They were so amazing and helpful that they are coming back tomorrow to put in a new tankless hot water heater and humidifier for the furnace as well! So friendly and knowledgeable, I am so glad that they came and put their everything into even the smallest detail of making the wires and cables nice neat and tidy. Have had the previously mentioned gentleman back along with 2 others the next day, to put in tankless water heater, and remove a water softener and 2 utility sinks.Did an amazing job! 3/17 Ammon and Matthew changed out my 3 outdoor faucets, no more leaks, no more water not coming out of one of them. It's going to be amazing this summer.

I recently had to replace my water heater and reached out to Chris Toone at Royal Total Home Services. I texted very early and Chris responded immediately, had a technician out the same day, and the unit was replaced the very next day while working around my crazy schedule. Chris did an excellent job walking me through my options, clearly explaining the process, pricing, and what maintenance looks like moving forward. No pressure, no confusion, just straight answers and solid guidance. The technician, Kru, was professional, respectful of my home, and did really great work. And the part that really stood out? Chris personally stopped by the job to check in on things including making sure my dogs were okay. That level of care says a lot about how Chris treats his clients. Knowing I was going to have to put out a lot of money to replace my AC and furnace was very stressful. I was so grateful to have a Royal representative (Landon) come into my home and be honest and show empathy for me and our situation. They had another finance representative come 2 hours later to explain our options. He wasn't trying to make the sale he was trying to help. Then to have Devin and Trevor come the very next day and work so hard to install everything was amazing. They were so kind and respectful of my home and time. I would recommend the Royal Total Home Service to anyone.

Ty was my Service Tech for my A/C tune up today. He did a fantastic job! He recommended a couple of items today to make my system run cleaner and pointed out some items to watch in the future for possible replacement. No pressure, just recommendations which I appreciated.
