Royal replaced our old boiler with a new High Efficiency Boiler and Tankless water heater combo. We had three great technicians Bryton, Devin, & Trevor, who clearly took pride in their work and enjoyed their job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the people, workmanship, service, and the products they installed. We were very impressed. What really impressed me is they only used top of the line components from world class manufacturers. I installed our original boiler 30+ years ago and couldn’t find products of the quality Royal used. No builder’s grade stuff like you would get from the more expensive home services companies that you always hear offering free stuff for over priced services. I highly recommend Royal, they weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive gave us real quality.

Royal has earned my loyalty, I won’t ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs. My house flooded on a random evening in June, and I had no idea why. I called Royal (after business hours) and they came over immediately, in less than an hour. They brought a shopvac and helped me clean up all the water from the flood that night, and they were back the next day to identify the cause of the flood and get it fixed (my downstairs toilet had a large clog which caused it to erupt and flood my entire downstairs). The owner himself, Phil, personally came over to make sure everything was fixed correctly, and took extra time to stay and educate me on how to help prevent plumbing issues in the future. He recommended I get a water filtration system installed, which I did; he taught me how to clean the disposal in my kitchen sink, taught me about the fill valves in my toilets, showed me how to clean the filter in my dishwasher, checked and adjusted my water pressure to make sure everything looked good, and he did all of this for no extra charge other than just the cost of the water filtration system. He even threw in free HVAC servicing for a year. I learned so much from Phil, and I’m happy this issue was able to be resolved as painlessly as it was. Hopefully I won’t have a flood again after everything I’ve learned about plumbing, but if I ever do, Royal will definitely be the first place I call, and they will also be the only ones I call for any plumbing issues going forward. Phil and the team at Royal are clearly here to help people and earn their long-term loyalty. They are a fantastic example of how you get and KEEP people’s business.

My Furnace went out. Royal PHA was able to squeeze me in to replace the motor within 12 hours of calling them. The price surprised me for Labor. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a motor from my old Furnace they said they could install to save me money. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely call them again.
