Had a gas leak on December 23rd, caused by a faulty install of a new gas range; I called my HVAC company who weren't able to get a tech out (I also had called UGI and they came out and checked everything but had to turn off the gas for safety, so no heat), however, the HVAC company recommended Russo Plumbing. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at Russo was great and got 2 techs out later that day, Tom and Gavin were amazing, they were super nice and fixed the issue in no time. Pricing was clearly explained and very reasonable. They saved Christmas for our family, would not hesitate to use this company again.

GIVE RUSSO PLUMBING a chance to earn your business!!! Russo Plumbing is the only company i will now use for all my plumbing needs. Joe is man of integrity and has earned all my future business. NO upselling on things you do not need. I've now used them 3 times for my tiny bathroom project. If there's a way they can help you save, they will. They are honest. Alex was the tech that performed my last job and he was professional, efficient and quick with quality work.

We recently needed some plumbing work done around the house and called Russo Plumbing. Joe was very helpful in providing us with pricing and a time in which the work could be done. Thank you Joe…. In addition, I would like to thank Mike & Omar, the technicians who performed the work, for a job well done!! Mike & Omar arrived on time at the date and time requested and were friendly, courteous and customer oriented—much appreciated. I highly recommend Russo Plumbing.

After calling other plumbers in the area and research on the Web I called Russo. I spoke with Joe. He was helpful and friendly. He gave me an estimate for replacing pipe. Affordable price we then scheduled the job. The techs came out completed the job, tested the line quicker than expected. I must add they were clean and considerate of my home. Thanks Mike and Omar!

Tommy and Vince replaced all bathroom fixtures as well as a laundry list of plumbing problems in my 50+ year of home. They did a fantastic job and I feel like the whole house got an update! After an inexperienced plumber and electrician from two other companies didn't even try to figure out our issue, in desperation and on a Saturday, we called Russo & Sons and we were lucky to have Anthony R. come to the house. After listening to me explain the issue, Anthony spent two hours taking photos, speaking with his manager and brainstorming the problem. He figured it out and we scheduled a replacement water heater for Monday. His manager Ed showed up and gave us a crash course on all things water heater and they did such a good job: remaining until the water heated and also giving us money-saving advice for our power bill. Anthony listened to our issues and treated us with professionalism, kindness and respect and we appreciated him so much, we were very grateful that the company sent him on Monday to do the work. Russo & Sons are corporate-owned so the prices are steep, but Anthony did what he could to help lower some of the cost. I highly recommend him and the company for their professionalism. ️️️️
