There are pros and cons lie everything else. I do believe that these prices are outrageous ($250), we basically took out the garbage disposal and reconnected the pipes because the new sink is too deep. I am very impressed that they called me back immediately after leaving a message and they were able to send someone over the same day; which is amazing! The customer service reps were great. The technician was very nice but since we did not re-install the faucet, we were not able to verify if there were any leaks. After he left I installed the faucet myself and water leaked in two spots where the pipes were replaced. I re-tightened them myself.

Great service! Jason was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our water heater and leaky faucet. They got us on the schedule quickly and were very fair with there pricing. Highly recommend!

Great experience once again with S&B. They will continue to get our business. Jason did a fantastic job for us. Very polite, helpful, professional and kind. He fixed the leak, new pipes and unclogged the drain.
