I wanted to reach out and share our appreciation for the service we recently received from S.J. Kowalski HVAC. We originally contacted the after-hours emergency line because we were without heat and hot water, and with two small children in the home, it was a very stressful situation. We truly appreciate that your team was able to come out and assist us. Although the issue ended up returning and required another visit, we are very grateful that a technician was able to come back out on Tuesday and successfully resolve everything. Our heat and hot water are now working well, and we are thankful for the support. The owner was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the process, and we really appreciate the professionalism and care shown to our family. We are happy with the final outcome and thankful for your team’s efforts to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you again for your service and for making sure the issue was resolved

I've always had a good experience with S. J. Kowalski. Whether it is just routine maintenance or repairs, their work is excellent, fast, and the crew are knowledgeable. Years ago, they installed central air conditioning in my previous house. They mapped out the whole house to recommend the most efficient system. Worked perfectly and never had any problems. Highly recommend.

Jake came do to our initial quote and worked with us through the install as well, he was excellent and helped us figure out what we wanted. We had mini splits installed through the whole house. They were quick and everything looks very good! Highly recommended!

Not too impressed at all had leaking boiler called for estimate timing of response was great two kids showed up and said 20k without even looking at the many obstacles one could tell by the overhead of the call center call onwards that this company’s overhead is too much good customer service poor technical staff. Notice how People like to be like politicians as a mature member who has wisdom I know the facts your costs for doing business with this company are inclusive of this gentleman policing e mails your paying them for his clerical time as well

I can not thank Nate Ham enough for his determination in making sure I finally had heat in my home. The furnace was a complete mess. He refused to let me be without heat for another day. With his experience and kindness, I will be recommending him to all. Thank you, Nate

Nick Bruce and Ryan did a beautiful job. They were here for three days. They were quiet and respectful. They cleaned up everything. They explained everything I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs Any heating or air conditioning? they removed the Geo Thermal system and tied the water into my domestic water. They did a fantastic job.
