This is from a service done on Monday, Jan 5, 2026: Today was my first time working with Salt City Plumbing. Got an appt set up for tomorrow to come do a FREE estimate to repair gas pipe leaks. They called me back shortly saying they had a cancellation, a technician would be out between 3 and 5!! 🥳 Tommy showed up early at 2:15 🤩! Tommy looked over the issue with me gave me 3 very reasonable quotes and got right to work. He fixed the pipes quickly and ended up not needing to replace a gas valve that another company was ready to charge me for. It’s so nice to want to cry tears of joy rather than tears of frustration. We got astronomically ripped off by another company this weekend for a similar repair needed on our other boiler…which we were charged LITERALLY 4X the price of what Salt City Plumbing charged (and did a better job). Got our heat and hot water restored to our second building after it being off since Friday night. Crying tears of joy 😭🥰 Thank you so much Tommy and Salt City Plumbing!! I also took a good look at their newest reviews before Tommy arrived…. you have to scroll a LONG WAY to even find a 4 star review. THIS BUSINESS IS AMAZING!! 🙌 Happy employees and happy customers!!! Also, shoutout to Shae for coming over to look over our boilers and give us estimates for future work! Very knowledgeable and professional!

First time using this company and the experience was exceptional. They were extremely responsive, and within an hour of my call one of their technicians, Shae, was on site investigating a leaky shower. He quickly determined it was a minor issue that didn’t require plumbing services and proactively made a quick repair by sealing a small gap in the shower plate where water had been seeping in. Shae was professional, courteous, and honest. I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation, especially Shae.

Highly recommend. They do high quality work at fair and reasonable prices, they are responsive, show up on time, and have great customer service. They are honest and gave great professional advice. I have had Salt City (shout out to Phillip) fix multiple things in my old house. A house bib, a clogged drain, and fixed a broken in wall pipe. Im sure I’ll have many more plumbing issues come up with this old house, and there will only be one company I’ll call to fix them.

I am a property manager and I contacted Salt City Plumbing to come out and get two of our boiler systems started up. One started up easily while the other system gave us so many problems. Shea was so awesome to work with. He communicated with me and continuously kept me updated, not to mention he was scheduled at our property week after week, doing whatever he could to get the problem solved. After weeks of cleaning traps, and doing repairs, I am happy to say that we finally got that system working correctly. I will continue working with Shea on other jobs going forward. We used Salt City Plumbing, Heating and Air three times within the last 6-8 months and were very pleased with their service, friendliness, and professionalism. Service technician Shea came out first to successfully clear out a stopped up sink drain. It’s still working well. Fairly soon after Shea came out again on my request to replace our kitchen sink’s rubber splash guard that leads to the drain and disposal. Ours is a type that very securely attaches to the top of the disposal, but Shea didn’t have our type in his truck. He showed me online exactly which one to order and then demonstrated how I could order and then replace it myself if I wanted to try. I ordered one and gave it a try, and it worked just as Shea instructed. He did not charge anything at all for that second visit. For a third incident technician Trey came to the house to repair an unrelated leak under a sink. He was very, and appropriately, friendly and repaired the leak in short time. It is still working great and as expected. Pricing was quite reasonable too but I forgot the exact amounts. I’m very impressed with these guys and company. (Very helpful and friendly dispatcher on the phone as well). We have finally found our go-to plumber!

We have remained customers of SCPH&A ever since we had our HVAC replaced by them. Not only was it an incredible price but all the staff were very down to earth, and easy to talk to. Recently they stopped by to clean up after a SNAFU cause by an appliance installation company who botched the job and leaked water everywhere. They came by and gave me advice that saved me hundreds of dollars, and were able to not only fix the problem in minutes, but took the time to teach me about plumbing in my house so I could shut the water off faster next time. This time we had Shea, who was just as cool and helpful with plumbing as Tommy was for HVAC. Thanks guys!

These guys deserve all five stars. They are down to earth, no bullshit, efficient, and affordable. This is old school attention to detail and customer service that you don't see anymore. I have an old house with it's fair amount of plumbing drama and these guys, Josh especially, have sorted it out without selling me on a bunch of upgrades and extras I don't need, which means I call them when new issues arise because I trust them. My house was built in the 40's, something new always comes up. The owner has been out for projects and is just as professional and straight forward as his employees. As a homeowner who isn't handy having a company I can trust to get here, get the work done, not try to fleece me, and stand by their product/service is priceless. You can shop around and get all the bids you want, you're not going to beat these guys on getting the job done. They get my business every time and they have earned

These guys are seriously the best! Instead of charging me for a service call, the Plumber, Shae let me in on a little secret. My broken shower handle was actually a super quick and easy fix I could do myself with a trip to Home Depot. He could have easily come out and billed me, but his honesty and integrity really shined through. I spent about $15, followed his advice, and had it fixed in under 10 minutes! It’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely looks out for their customers. Shae has absolutely earned a customer for life, and I’ll be recommending Salt Lake Plumbing, Heating and Air to everyone I know!

If you are looking for a company that is affordable, great service, and can take care of things fast, Salt City Plumbing is it! I have tried a few plumbing companies and most of them tries to upsell you on things you don't need and prices that cost an arm and a leg. Tre at Salt City Plumbing was awesome! He arrives promptly and gave us a solution that cost a lot less than the other companies and got things done for us the same day. We would recommend this company and Tre to anyone.
