Luke came out and did a great job cleaning out the sewer drain and the bathroom sink drain. We recently discovered a leak in our jetted tub in the master bedroom which leaked through the ceiling of the laundry room downstairs. We called Salt Lake Plumbing who immediately sent Luke Eddington out to evaluate and diagnose the problem. After cutting a hole in the dry wall, he immediately made the diagnosis and explained that the tub would have to be replaced because there was no way to fix the leaking jet. I asked him to send an estimate of the cost to replace the tub. He immediately sent the quote which was better than others. He set a date and, exactly on time, showed up, removed the old tub, placed the new tub and did so without breaking any tile which would have been tough to replace. He and his colleague, Colton Braiser, worked non-stop all day to finish the tough task. They were efficient, focused, professional and did an outstanding job. These bright young men are a real credit to your institution. It was easy to give them 5 stars! Attached is a picture of the completed work!

I needed a new Stainless steel kitchen sink, Kitchen sink faucet, Garbage disposal, and a reverse osmosis installed and had put it off for years because I didn’t know any plumbers that I could trust and that would not price gouge me. I’ve seen Salt Lake Plumbing vans driving around in my local area so I decided to give them a call. I was Initially surprised and impressed that they were willing to work with my schedule rather than demanding that I work with theirs. when quoting the price for the job, I was also impressed to discover their prices were fair and right in the ballpark of what I figured the job should cost, rather than trying to price gouge me. They arrived promptly on time to do the job and did a fantastic installation job. Luke was very informative on the process and other information I needed with the reverse osmosis in terms of filter replacements and was very friendly and professional. After the job was completed, I was so impressed that I decided to have them quote me for additional future plumbing work in my two bathrooms. It is so great to finally know of a plumber that I can trust who will work with my scheduling, that won’t price gouge me, And does quality work when I have plumbing work that needs to be done.

Colton helped me out of a spot and showed up after hours to ensure my basement didn’t turn into a flood disaster! He was quick to fix the issue and the finish work was impeccable! He also made a suggestion to add a water pressure valve that may help reduce future water pipe issues. It was a very fair price for the great great service!

They gave a very good reasonable price my retired plumber grandfather approved of for replacing my water heater, unlike another big major company I got a quote from that was $900 more. Luke was also very professional and quick in replacing it, no mishaps at all. Would definitely hire them again.
