Tristen and Adam did a great job as a team. Ben and Josue were part of his crew and did an amazing job at resetting a big piece of concrete that they had to remove to access the water main pipes. Adam was incredibly professional and friendly, transparent and went above and beyond by also fixing a small leak on the toilet. And Adam even sprayed the flooring to clean up any residual dirt from the crawl space. I recommend!

I needed a furnace repair. Not sure who to call. I remembered the TV ads for SameDay Heating and decided to give them a try. I had a technician come named Eric Kent. Wow, this guy knows his stuff. In a matter of minutes, he had located the problem. More importantly, with his thorough inspection he found a crack in the heat exchanger. As you probably know, this permits exhaust gas to leak into the surrounding living space. With Eric's thorough diagnostics, he probably saved lives in my home. So, Eric is not only a top-notch technician...he is also a life saver! As he worked, I had borage of questions. Eric was very patient and answered each one to my understanding. He also provided me additional information to help me completely understand our subject matter. Eric spent time with me after his diagnostics to help me with the new issue -- replacing this no longer usable furnace. Eric arranged for a Comfort Consultant to come to my home to evaluate the best options for a replacement system. He also stayed for a while after the consultant arrived to share details with him about the topic. I couldn't have been more satisfied! Eric seemed like a trusted friend. I signed up with Eric for SameDay's service plan and might get to see him again in the future with service visits. If Eric is any reflection on SameDay, then that must be one company that stands miles about the compaction. Thankyou Eric. Oh, I didn't have carbon monoxide detection in my home. I do now thanks to Eric. Benjamin Sprehn was the Comfort Consultant that helped me. He did all the calculations to determine the proper capacity system for my needs. It was a pleasure to spent time with Ben. He answered all my questions and provided me with a large list of options explaining each in great detail. There were items that he discribed that I hadn't considered - Items I didn't know about - and items that I didn't understand until Ben spent the time to share the missing points. I was impressed right from the start at how quickly Ben arrived at my house. I was delighted at how Ben treated me and didn't try to push stuff on me that I didn't want. By the end of out visit was able to select a unit that I know I will be pleased with for many years to come. Yes, I did purchase a new, replacement furnace and air conditioner. A mid-range unit that I am very pleased with. If you are looking for a new system, you want to check out SameDay. You also want to ask for Benjamin Sprehn. I'm sure all their company Confort Consultant's (sales force) are great but I can personally vouch for Ben. Thank you. Ok...installation of my new unit occurred the very next day after purchase. Alberto Carrillo and Josh Olsen were the two installers that showed up on my door step first thing in the morning and worked until the job was complete - almost the entire day. They, like Eric and Ben were bombarded all day long with my questions and comments and they were very patient and answered each one to my understanding and satisfaction. I watched them most of the day and was very pleased with the high quality of craftsmanship they displayed. Each task in the installation was done with precise accuracy and care. The quality of their work showed them to be true perfectionists. I enjoyed having them in my home for the day. I couldn't have been happier with the final outcome. Alberto also did some major ductwork modifications to my system to improve the overall performance. Alberto and Josh were very careful to keep the areas clean. They are a credit to their company. If all installers there are as good as these two then SameDay has a super top notch staff. Thanks Alberto and Josh for a job well done. Nothing was left undone. One final comment...I don't remember her name...The lady that answered my phone call and arranged to send out the technician was very friendly and courteous. We had the water line to our home fail and start leaking water all over the basement. Same-day plumbing came out after hours, got us a quote, and started the repair the next day. It was a very big job. They had to dig 7-9 feet in order to make the needed repair. Apart from fixing the issue, they went above and beyond on this job. They repaired a broken sprinkler head (it was broken before they came), removed a water shutoff valve that had previously failed (part of our existing security system), and purchased / laid new bark in our flower bed. Even the water pressure in our home is drastically better now! This was an expensive fix (> $6,000) which was hard to swallow. But they did everything to make the experience as smooth as possible. They offered 18 month financing with no interest which helped soften the blow. I sure hope your water main doesn’t fail, but if it does Same Day is a great company to get you back on your feet.

They responded super fast. Andrew, Mitch, and Landon were amazing. Super friendly, conscientious, and very knowledgeable in each of their specialties. We are so thankful for their transparency with costs and options. I really feel like they have provided us with a great peace of mind and we are so grateful to have our heat back on! (Plus we have a great new water heater too!)

We had an amazing experience with SameDay. Once we locked in the scope of work and an estimate, their team with Adam, Landan, Hugo, and Chris were at our place the next day to replace the water heater and A/C unit. The team was incredibly professional, very communicative, and did everything they could for the best outcomes possible during installion of the new units, to include relocating the A/C unit and new piping and exhausts. They also replaced the garden hose spickets and fixed two of our toilets. They did a fantastic job and we are very satisfied with them and their work.

Called these guys to have an AC system checked out. Pipes were frozen. Asked the tenants to turn off the AC. Unfortunately they didn’t turn off the AC so the unit was still frozen when the technician showed up. Found the filter needed to be changed. Replaced the filter, but didn’t bother to do anything else. Filter was placed incorrectly BTW. Blower was dirty, where the filter sits was dirty but didn’t bother to clean anything else while he was in there since the pipes were frozen. Yes, I understand that the technician couldn’t do an accurate inspection because the pipes were frozen. However, if you’re going to replace the filter and send me pictures of how dirty things are, then why bother clean it since you’re there and that’s what I’m paying you to do! So $115 dollars later and I paid an idiot who couldn’t be bothered to do anything else than the bare minimum. Ridiculous…….You can do better.

Alberto and Mike did me a solid today. Loving my new Mitsubishi MiniSplit, and these two guys made it happen - and looked good while doing it... No wasted motion, no wasted time. Just solid results. A quality unit, installed by total professionals and I could not be happier. Gonna sleep very well this coming hot summertime, for minimal operating costs... Zero regrets about going with SameDay for my Mitsubishi MiniSplit... if I had to do it over again, I would pick the exact same guys...

We wanted to upgrade our home from a 50 gallon conventional gas water heater to a tankless model. Our home was built with a recirculation line for faster hot water at the tap, so a tankless with recirc ability was sought out. I first contacted the (other company with green trucks) in my area that I have actually done business with before and his pricing and unwillingness to listen carefully to what my needs were didn’t get him the job. Too bad for them since we spent thousands on this upgrade!! So, I contacted my friend and neighbor and he invited me in to see what Same Day Heating and Air installed for him in 2022. My first impression was the installation was very professional. Everything was neat and orderly and exceeded my expectations of what I thought I would see. So, I contacted Same Day and made an appointment for consultation. I requested and they send a senior technician that could answer and address all my concerns. In the end I had a Navien NPE-240A2 which accommodates my recirc line, and the required condensate drain neutralizer all installed the very next day as good if not even a little better than my neighbors, but we won’t tell him.So far the only thing I noticed was the installer didn’t set the heater for my external recirc line. But that was fairly easy for me to get into the heaters menu and correct. We had almost instant hot water with the conventional tank heater and we don’t yet with this one. It has to learn our hot water demand habits and then supposedly it will be better. If it doesn’t learn, you can adjust it to your schedule manually. So I absolutely recommend Same Day Heating and Air and hope we have a long relationship going forward.
