I needed a fill valve replacement with one of my toilets, and when the company I had been using for several years came to help me, they ended up not having time to do the repair, and said they would re-schedule. However, soon after they left, my toilet started to leak. When I called to ask them to come back to fix it, they neglected to return my call until four hours later, We re-scheduled for the next day, but the plumber never showed up, or called to say if he was coming or not. Out of desperation and frustration, I googled Sav-On Plumbing in Sun City. After reviewing their website, reading about their excellent staff and services, plus the stunning reviews and testimonials, I took a leap of faith and called them. Tom Thornton, the owner, answered right away, listened to my situation, and scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am this morning with Dan Hubbard. Dan arrived on time, listened to my sad and frustrating story, then diagnosed the problem as a toilet tank rebuild. He was friendly, kind, caring, and professional. Even my finicky little dog liked him, and he doesn't usually like anyone he doesn't know!! I received two wonderful discounts, 20.00 towards my new service, and 100.00 off for a repair of 300.00 or more, expiring March 31st.. I also signed up for their Sav-On VIP Club, to get preferential service, promotional perks, etc., at no cost to me. Dan had the entire toilet tank rebuild in about 30-40 minutes!! I recommend Sav-On Plumbing to anyone who needs high quality work, and values professionalism, integrity, and caring, Sav-On Plumbing is now my "go to" plumbing company, for all my plumbing needs!!

My Experience from the time I meet Dan till the completion of my job I was so relieved, seeing how he tackled the 3 major issues for me .. He was quick , extremely Efficient,cleaned up after his job . Stella from time is arrival to his completion of my job . I’m so Thankful to find an HONEST Company with Integrity true caring for the customer responsible priced you know you’re getting a quality job with Quality plumbers I was privileged to have had Dan . I’m a senior and it’s so hard to find good honest company’s and their employees. I can’t Thank you enough and you get 50 off next time if you need . Shows good hearts and the company treats there workers good which I believe in turn gives quality work. Jesse and Dan were awesome! Not only did they stop leak under kitchen but also pointed out several other defects with plumbing. I said go ahead and fix everything. Instead of having to make another appointment, they went and got parts and came back and replaced all the faulty lines and valves. They were a Godsend. Would highly recommend.
