Wendell identified and fixed a "work around" on my furnace that had been causing me problems for a while. He stayed late to fix it properly. He has done other outstanding work for me, too. He is honest, knowledgeable, and committed to providing top notch service for his customers. It is wonderful to have found him.

James G. was the plumber who came to my home to complete an estimate on extending a gas line. He was very informative and answered all of my questions and also gave options which helped me with the decision on moving forward with the job. He is extremely professional and polite. He provided exceptional service and left the work area very need and clean. James also explained everything he completed to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend using Sawyer Plumbing and especially James G. I will be using them for any future plumbing repairs.

Yesterday my father-in-law and myself attempted to fix a bad cartridge in my bathtub faucet. Needless to say we we we unsuccessful in our endeavor. I called up Sawyer Plumbing on a late Sunday afternoon and was answered promptly by a representative. We arranged for a rep to visit our house the following day between 10am and 12pm. Jim Greco was the plumber who was dispatched and he arrived promptly at 10am on the dot. Jim came in, assessed the issue and told me straight up what he could do to help. He informed me that the process of having to cut an access way through the back of my wall was the best option so he could fix the issue. All said and done, it was a little more than 3 hours of work. He cut and replaced piping, cartridge. and put in new shower fixtures. Jim was an informative, polite, and thorough. He showed me his work when it was complete, cleaned up the mess that was made and left. He even gave my dog, Lucy, some head scratches as he walked out. Awesome guy, 10/10, Would recommend using him again should the need arise. Thank you Jim Greco and thank you Sawyer Plumbing for your help!
