Excellent services. Appointments were easy to made and they arrived within specified time. Jason Price was the team member who fixed my shower faucets and kitchen. He took the time to assess, provided explanations of plausible options with their pros and cons, and took the time to teach me how to best care for the plumbing integrity. He was tidy, professional, friendly, and attentive to his work. I trust Schuler for over 3 years now, and that trust has not changed. Thank you very much, Jason, for an excellent work. I had a great experience with Joe and couldn’t be happier with the work he did. From the start, Joe was incredibly personable, patient, and easy to talk to—which really matters as a new homeowner. He didn’t just fix the issue; he took the time to show me what was going on and offered helpful advice on other areas of the house without ever being pushy or talking down to me. Joe worked closely with his manager, Sean, and together they priced the repair very fairly. I honestly got more than I expected, and the final cost ended up feeling like less than what I initially thought I was getting into—which is rare these days. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience. Joe is clearly a skilled plumber, but just as importantly, he’s a genuinely decent person who takes pride in his work and in helping people. I’d absolutely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Kevin and Cayden looked at my sump pump and Kevin did suggest a new one since mine was not functioning. I expected as much and he and Cayden had it installed quickly and professionally. I love Schuler Service. Always professional and helpful and I am a repeat customer and always will be. Also thanks to the kind receptionists too for being so nice and decent when booking. Everyone has great customer service skills which means a lot to me. Five stars. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Jason was very patient and thorough in his assessment of overall water issues in my dad’s home. He and his apprentice, Danny tested his well water and ordered a specially-designed water filtration system to improve the water quality. He patiently explained everything to us very well. It never seemed like a dishonest, “hard sales” experience. Of course we were concerned about the cost, and he worked to provide us with every possible discount, which was nice. The install was completed today and everything seems to be working very well. I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them again for my own home. We highly recommend this professional, family-oriented business!!

I'm glad I called Schuler Service to replace my leaking hot water heater in Allentown. Chuck was personable, polite and respectful! Very knowledgeable too! Noah was recently out to my home for a shower plumbing issue, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, up-front and very thorough. He explained what my options were, what they were able to do to remedy our issue and the costs associated prior to staring the repair. He answered every question I had, was able to quickly get fixture quotes from suppliers and provide availability to return to complete new requested work. Noah and his apprentice Danny returned on our scheduled follow up appointment and we could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work & efficiency. If you are looking for a quality, straight forward, honest contractor that is excellent with communication from initial call, thru coordination/scheduling and service I would highly recommend Noah and Schuler Plumbing for any needs!!!
