I appreciated the timely response, and urgency. After building my house, there were a couple loose ends with different contractors. One of these was a warranty issue with my Kohler sink. An easily missed hairline crack in the porcelain that eventually grew. Scott responded to my email within 24 hours. He informed me that same day that the sink was out of stock until the new year. He gave me other options if I wanted it addressed then. I decided to wait. Come the new year, the day before I planned on asking for an update from several contractors, Scott emailed me to tell me the sink was now I stock. He also asked if the next day or day after that would work for me in getting it installed. He was simply on point every step of the way. Never experienced that from any other contractor. Thank you Scott! As for the rest of the job during construction. Never an issue, and he and his team did a great job.
