I'm trying to moderate my disappointment with a 2-star review rather than putting them on blast with a 1-star. But they installed a replacement tankless water heater with the wrong sized o-ring that crimped and leaked all over my bedroom floor (the utility closet is next to my bedroom). That would have been bad enough, but because they didn't firmly secure the washing machine drain hose into the laundry drain pipe (and, to be fair, those things just kind of precariously drape over the edge into an unsecured drain opening in the wall), the next time I did laundry, I had GALLONS of water disgorged into my hallway, bathroom, office, and bedroom. Everything stowed under my bed now has water damage. It took me all day on a Sunday to frantically move furniture, throw towels everywhere, move as many valuables out of harm's way as possible, and mop up all that water. Stressful and exhausting. And when I was done, I had, ironically enough, about 8 loads of laundry to do: every towel in the house, plus all the off-season clothing and linens stored under the bed. Also, it took three visits after the initial estimate (so four visits total) to complete the job, one return to repair the first leak they caused, the second because they didn't have the parts they needed in their van. The required parts should have been listed on the write up for the estimate, but... oops. The final bill reflected no accommodation for to all the visits, for the screw up on the installation, for the stress and time cleaning up not one but TWO leaks that they caused, and for the damage to my personal belongings. Think about that: In my three years living in this house, nothing had ever leaked UNTIL they entered the premises to "fix" things. Just... wow. I paid the bill because I have to protect my credit rating and I can't afford to hire a lawyer, but at least I can suggest to people who read reviews to look for a better company. Why two stars? I'll give them credit for this: The individual guys who came to my home were nice people. Nothing's leaking now. I have hot water. And the water softener -- installed to prevent scaling on the tankless heating elements -- seems to be working. But, c'mon, it was a straightforward job that shouldn't have caused this much stress and damage. And, again, they don't seem to care one bit. Zero attempt to make it right at check out.

We got a hold of them and they came out first thing in the morning to help. Brad was right on time, very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Thank you Brad!

Had a shower that had a worn out cartridge, called Scottsdale Plumbing and inquired what it would cost over the phone the receptionist did her best to give me a ballpark quote after looking up my part and calling me back. They provide free quotes, whether over phone or a visit to your house. Made an appointment with Sean who was on time, took a look at my issue and went right to work and had zero issues with installing a new cartridge. Shower fixed nice and easy with no issue at an honest price. Thanks again Sean! Be sure to get call Scottsdale Plumbing & let them to give you a quote on your job.
