I cannot say enough good things about Serenity Plumbing! I had a last-minute plumbing issue—a garbage disposal that needed replacing—on the day I was hosting a big dinner. To make matters worse, my original plumber canceled on me at the last minute. In a bit of a panic, I called Serenity Plumbing, and they absolutely saved the day! Within an hour of my call, the owner himself arrived to take care of the issue. He explained that he didn’t want to leave someone in distress, especially knowing I had an important evening planned. This level of care and professionalism is truly rare. Not only did he drop everything to help, but the work was also top-notch. The garbage disposal was replaced quickly and efficiently, and everything worked perfectly afterward. Thanks to Serenity Plumbing, my evening went off without a hitch. Serenity Plumbing was a godsent. Easily a 5+ star rating. I had a major water leak caused by the supply line of a built-in, expensive column refrigerator and freezer setup. I called Serenity Plumbing, and Mike came to the rescue. He didn’t sell me something I didn’t need and gave me great advice on how to help prevent future water issues. Mike walked me through everything he was going to do to make sure I understood and agreed with his plan of action. Serenity Plumbing quickly updated the refrigerator water box, added a water pressure value on main and replaced hoses where needed. Out of an abundance of caution, he added an access panel so I could manually shut off the fridge waterline without turning off the entire house water or tearing apart the complicated built-in unit. Mike and Serenity Plumbing have a 100% share of mind. I only wish I found them sooner, but I’ve got an incredible plumber on speed dial.
