Fantastic service. Contacted Cale mid-afternoon on a Friday for a water heater issue. Came to my house within a few hours and by Friday night I had a new water heater running. Nice guy and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

Servworx coordinated with the City Of Tempe for a shutdown of water to our building and for other surrounding Buildings to replace an 8 inch valve on a backflow. Great coordination, did it late in the evening to wear it didn’t affect tenants, completed a job in three hours. $5800 well spent on a large 8 inch valve, including Labor. Good job that allowed them to continue testing the fire Backflow tested and completed the report to the City Of Tempe great job as always.

Frank and Cale showed up in the middle of what can only be described as a disaster. :-) we were renovating our floors and while they chipped away a tile we realized that the valve behind the refrigerator was broken. I called five or six places before I spoke Frank at Servworx. I told them my problem and they said they'd be there in an hour. They showed up in an hour. :-) Frank assessed the issue and told me what needed to happen and gave me a price pretty much right there on the spot. I told him it was okay and he went and got the parts came back did the job and it was all done within an hour. In this day and age people forget what good service looks like and I'll say that I will definitely have them back in my house to do more work. Great company and really solid people!
