Start to finish, he communicated well and kept me aware of what was happening. While the Construction/Service industry predominately has a bad rap, it is comforting to know that there are a few "good guys" out there. She genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and comfortable every step of the way. In an industry where clear communication can be hit-or-miss, Morgan set the bar incredibly high. We were also thrilled to be reunited with CJ, our plumber. He had previously installed our reverse osmosis system at our old house, and we were so happy to have him back working on our new project. This time, CJ handled the full installation of our whole-home water filter and water softener, and the work was flawless—professional, clean, and done with real attention to detail. It was a pleasure partnering with him again; he’s knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his craft. Set Apart Plumbing was amazing! When I gave them a call on Saturday they helped me right away to get an appointment the next available day. They were out here Monday and Jeremiah was very helpful in understanding my water softener and very professional. Gave me an ease of mind knowing everything was okay. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this family-owned business deserves a shoutout. Jeremiah and his team are top-notch. From my personal experience, they were upfront and honest about the pros and cons of the work we initially wanted done at our home in Laveen. While we’re still waiting on HOA approval for the main project, Jeremiah still went out of his way to help. I mentioned wanting to see what it would look like to connect our RO system to cooler water. Even though Home Depot was nearby, he left to grab brand-new parts because that’s his standard. He got the job done quickly and made sure nothing used was installed, which I really appreciated. Fair pricing, strong expertise in water treatment, and a team that truly cares. Hannah was fantastic! She was friendly and professional on the phone. She worked quickly to set up an appointment and offered a same day service. CJ arrived within his scheduled timeframe. The service communication reminders included a picture to confirm his identity upon arrival. He quickly and efficiently diagnose the issue. He provided a resolution with explanation and estimate of repair. After he resolved the issue, he suggested tips to prevent future visits. It was a wonderful experience.
