Start to finish, he communicated well and kept me aware of what was happening. While the Construction/Service industry predominately has a bad rap, it is comforting to know that there are a few "good guys" out there. We were also thrilled to be reunited with CJ, our plumber. He had previously installed our reverse osmosis system at our old house, and we were so happy to have him back working on our new project. This time, CJ handled the full installation of our whole-home water filter and water softener, and the work was flawless—professional, clean, and done with real attention to detail.
