Our kitchen sink clogged in the evening. We called Sewer Flow at 8AM the next morning and by 9:15AM they had somebody at our house. Joe was the man they sent and he was very nice and efficient. He had the grease clog under our basement floor cleared with a snake within a half an hour. The price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend.

The folks at Sewer Flow are great. Quick, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anthony came by my 2 properties 3 times within a week and handled things beautifully. Couldn’t ask for better service. And the price was better than the last guys I called who didn’t actually resolve the problem. Sewer Flow is who I’ll be calling for any sewer/drain issues from now on.

We had a total plumbing emergency on Halloween night involving sewage coming up our basement floor drain. We called sewer flow and they were upfront about their price and informed us that it would be $100 cheaper if it could wait until the next day. Unfortunately it couldn’t so we asked them to send a technician ASAP. Our technician Tony called us shortly after and told us he could come right away and he got to us quickly. He was very friendly and informative and worked for hours making sure the problem was resolved and wasn’t just a temporary fix. He gave us information to help prevent future blockages and told us what next steps would be if it happened again. Hopefully we will not require their services again but if we do we will definitely be calling and requesting Tony!

Sewer Flow camera view of downspouts and outside drain lines Company office personnel including April and Christine were most helpful, professional and friendly in addressing my concerns and in scheduling a service representative to investigate an ongoing water issue. Although minor in nature, I wish to determine whether the issue needs correction. Tony arrived promptly this morning as scheduled and with his camera gear he was able to locate an issue of concern. Tony was quite knowledgeable and skilled in handling the equipment. He was receptive and answered all my questions. He explained the financial aspects in advance as well. He also provided a solution that will be followed up with next week, and that service was scheduled prior to his departure. You can feel comfortable in choosing this company with your inside or outside plumbing issues.

Needed a video camera line inspection and Sewer Flow came highly reccomendeded, so I called and I'm glad I did! Amanda was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered a bunch of my questions before I even booked an appointment, and she sent a tech same day! I stay in South Park. I woke up in the morning and came to my basement only to see it flooded. Obviously realized it would be a pathetic start to my day. Started looking for some plumbing services online, called the first one, they gave me an estimate of $565! Then I called Sewer Flow. They provided an estimate of $250 for the first hour and confirmed that in majority cases sewer backup issues are easily fixed within the first hour. I confirmed. Tony arrived within a couple of hours. He was a very nice, well spoken guy. Took first 10-15 minutes to diagnose the issue and within another 5 minutes he was done. It was a clogging in my drain. He was in and out within a total of 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them.
