I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Spencer at Shamrock Plumbing. He was friendly, prompt, efficient, and fair. I like to believe I have a good sense for people, and the sense I got from Spencer is that he is a young man with a bright future. You would be well-advised to call Shamrock Plumbing and ask for Spencer.

They did the plumbing for my field stone home. It was horrible. From the beginning one of the toilets leaked into the floorboards and down to the crawl space. They installed what seemed like an old or used water heater. It took us a year to finally get someone out to look at the damage. They replaced the water heater and put some extra caulking around the toilet which just covered the problem. When I called to complain they told me the plumber had put in his note that he had pulled and reset the toilet, a huge lie. They refused to do anything about it because the warranty was up. Now instead of just fixing the toilet, the flooring and floorboards need to be replaced. Wouldn’t recommend.

Been using Shamrock since 2015! Finally finishing our last bathroom. Thank you to a fantastic team. Especially Danny who has done all of our remodeling. We had a problem with elbow joint breaking off in our shower, I worked with Stan at Shamrock and he introduced me to a tile guy named Chandler Burr, Chandler came out and looked it over to determine if we would need to have him take tiles out so Shamrock could do the work. After Chandler's visit, he got with Stan and it was decided they may be able to fix it without removing and of the tiles. Shamrock scheduled a visit and sent their seasoned plumber Gary to help us out. Gary performed some "Shamrock magic" and was able to do the work needed without removing any of the tiles. I was very surprised and happy that he was able to accomplish what needed to be done without having to do any tile work, which I was sure was going to be needed. After completing that job, Gary also did some other minor needed plumbing work which saved me from doing a second appointment or trying to do the work myself. We are very happy with the service and expertise Shamrock provided and how Stan, Gary, and the Shamrock team did all they could to make what seemed like a big job just another call. I called Shamrock for help with a laundry pipe leaking under cement. They came and spent an hour trying to re-create the problem (which couldn't be done as the ground wasn't saturated enough to leak) and basically said we just need to start breaking cement to see where the leak is. I could do that myself! The whole point of the plumber is the expertise they bring in finding the leak's source etc. They had no equipment (like a camera) to be able to put down the pipe and find the leak so that we don't have to break up 10 feet of cement to find the potentially one spot that is leaking. I paid $240 for the hour-long call with no diagnosis of the problem at all. When I talked to the company the day after they really offered no solution such as bringing a camera out (which they should have done in the first place) without further charges. They actually said to me that I "didn't request a camera in my first phone call to them about my problem". Call me crazy but I assumed the professionals would understand that when I say the pipe is buried under cement that would be the only way to see the pipe! I feel like it would have gone a long way to offer to now bring the camera out without being charged again but they were unwilling to help in any way with that. So disappointed in the customer service and blaming me for not requesting a camera.

I had a leak at my home and Shamrock Plumbing was incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish. Carrie, who answered the phone, was so friendly and reassuring. She made a stressful situation feel much more manageable and was patient while answering all of my questions. That first interaction really set the tone. They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the repair. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and the care they took to make sure everything was cleaned up afterward. It’s such a relief to find a company you can trust during a stressful situation. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Best plumbing services ever! I spoke to the office staff regarding scheduling and they went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline, calling me when they had a cancellation to dispatch a technician earlier than originally scheduled. Danny provided a quick diagnosis that would resolve the problem with a solution that was much less invasive than I expected. Nate came out to do the actual repair and was quick and super pleasant. Highly impressed with Shamrock Plumbing for this whole house replumb. From the bid process to quickly scheduling work and communicating expectations - I was highly impressed with the experience and would recommend Shamrock. The work included copper to pex water line update, replacing galvanized and cast iron drain lines to ABS, updating the main shut off, and moving a basement shower drain which included jackhammering the floor.
