We had been using this company for over 10 years. Las summer, a gas water heater started leaking and we called them for a replacement. Husband started feeling ill right after, got checked and had a carbon monoxide test done. It came back elevated. We went to check in the basement and found the exhaust vent disconnected and the fumes being pumped into the house. We called Signature and they sent someone out to correct the issue. No apology from the company. Husband called again and spoke with the manager, and the only result was that he asked for photos and videos because "it will be great for training". Also, the first installers left a mess in the basement, which the second guy had to clean as well. We do not recommend this company.

Will was excellent and professional. As is the signature customer service team. He explained our issue and provided multiple price options to fix. He replaced our humidifier in 1 day. I highly recommend working with them!

Spent $1200 on a “fix” but it didn’t actually help my problem. When the next guy came out from the company his response to my situation with the first guy was “sorry there is nothing I can do”… I asked him to leave. We ended up using another company who had techs more experienced and that took time to educate me. Oh and showed more empathy. Ended up going out and buying a window until a few hours after spending $1200

We had our winter maintenance check performed today, and I want to clearly distinguish between the service provided by the technician and the experience with scheduling and communication from the office. Woody May, our technician, was excellent. He was personable, professional, and clearly competent. Once he arrived, the maintenance was completed thoroughly, and I was very satisfied with the quality of his work. Woody represents Signature very well, and I would be happy to have him service our system again. Unfortunately, the communication leading up to his arrival was very frustrating. Our appointment was originally confirmed for today between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. We adjusted our workout schedule to ensure we would be available. Before 8:00 AM, we received a call narrowing the window to 9:30–11:30 AM. At 10:06 AM, we received a text saying Woody was on his way. By 11:30 AM, no one had arrived. When I called Signature to ask for an update, the representative could not tell me where the technician was or what was going on. Woody eventually called me at noon to explain that his truck had mechanical issues and that he would arrive shortly, which he did at 12:35 PM. He also mentioned that someone from the office should have contacted us earlier to explain the delay, which unfortunately did not happen. To be clear, I am very satisfied with Woody and his work. My dissatisfaction is entirely with the lack of proactive communication from dispatch. A simple call or text would have prevented a lot of unnecessary frustration.

When Steve arrived he asked what the issues were and listen. He then did some diagnostic on the unit. After he did his tests, we went over the issues. He provided me with estimate of repairs, option to get information on getting a new unit, and suggested looking at my options prior to making a decision. He was professional, understanding, and very informative. Now I have to weigh my options.

Jim Shayner was the absolute best. He came in and fixed our oil heater perfectly. It was an emergency call, and our old company was not willing to come out same day but Jim from Signature HVAC was. and did a great job.

This is the best HVAC company ! Their technicians like Dillon and Ryan and service manager Joe fixed our very difficult to diagnose Bosch heat pump. They offer fair pricing , trustworthy technicians who make sure your system runs well. Highly recommended

I had an appointment to replace my thermostat, on Wednesday, Signature called to say there was an opening on Tuesday, sounded great. Steve S. Was the technician, he was prompt and knowledgeable. The thermostat was installed and Steve walked me through the operation and was complete in 30 minutes. Great job. Thanks Steve
