It’s so, so stressful and disconcerting when a major, critical system in your home goes kaput. It’s nerve-wracking and anxiety-ridden. However, Sila really turned this unfortunate situation into something way better than I could’ve imagined. I had to get the whole kit and caboodle installed - a hot water system, heating and central air system and thermostat. It’s no fun having to unexpectedly get that all done. Sila worked with me and walked me through the process, supporting me every step of the way. Their sales and install teams were top notch. The install guys worked so diligently and professionally and they made sure to answer all my questions - and they left the area spot clean! Outstanding Maintenance Service We recently had a maintenance visit from Shawn, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely attentive and took the time to truly listen as I explained the issues we were experiencing. Technician came to the house to explain how to adjust the humidifier. Tech was very friendly and ensured that he had shoe covers on. That element of the controls was not familiar to him. He figured it out in the app. Appointment scheduling was a little rough. Overall, very good service. Recommended.

We spent $1,000 replacing a part they said was faulty, only to be told afterward that another part was bad and would cost an additional $980. We decided to stop at that point. They never identified the root cause of the problem and just kept suggesting more replacements. It feels extremely frustrating and disappointing to spend that much money without a solution — especially after waiting days in the middle of winter with no heat. Very disappointed with this experience.

I had a great experience with Sila Company. The technician, Colin, was very professional, respectful, and neat throughout the entire job. He carefully removed all the vents and ductwork to properly clean them, and there was absolutely no dust left around the house afterward.
