It’s so, so stressful and disconcerting when a major, critical system in your home goes kaput. It’s nerve-wracking and anxiety-ridden. However, Sila really turned this unfortunate situation into something way better than I could’ve imagined. I had to get the whole kit and caboodle installed - a hot water system, heating and central air system and thermostat. It’s no fun having to unexpectedly get that all done. Sila worked with me and walked me through the process, supporting me every step of the way. Their sales and install teams were top notch. The install guys worked so diligently and professionally and they made sure to answer all my questions - and they left the area spot clean!
