Daniel came out to our house. He was very professional and personable. He was able to fix our issue right away. When we had another issue, I asked for him specifically. Daniel offered thoughtful ideas on what could be causing the leak beyond what others had done previously. I highly recommend Daniel at Silverado.

I recommend this company. Daniel and Warren came swapped out my Water heater. They did a great job. Water runs hot again. No leaks. They cleaned up afterwards. Like they were never there.

I rent and so when the water heater quit, and management told me they were sending Silverado, I wasn't sure what to expect. When Keith L and Moses arrived, on time and ready to go, they went right to work. They were polite, professional and did very nice work. They didn't leave a mess or fuss about my dogs...very kind young men. I will definitely keep them in the list...right at the top!

Silverado is always spot on. They installed a water system for us first, a new gas line and tankless water heater next, and most recently repaired a leaking pipe under the house slab. Great service and fair price. Eric has been our tech and he is the best and the office staff is very responsive. Highly recommend the company and the people.

Silverado Plumbing was superb. We had an issue with our bathroom sink and our landlord sent Silverado plumbing. plumber Tony Hall was exceptional. He called when he was about 30 minutes away for a heads up, was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he was working which I am very appreciative of. He had the clogged sink fixed in no time and gave us info if this were to happen again on ways to make it easier. Would recommend!!

Silverado Rooter and Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new kitchen faucet. The new faucet had different sized pipes than our existing plumbing, and instead of cutting corners, they made sure everything was done correctly. They even came back twice to get the right fittings and ensure a perfect, leak-free installation. Professional, responsive, and committed to doing the job right. Super bad experience. I had a bathroom sink that wouldnt drain. I ran a snake thru the vent in my roof as well as thru the stub in the wall for that particular sink. It was still blocked. I called Silverado and left a message with my elderly mom for the plumber describing what I had done already. Well the plumbers proceeded to do the same things I had previously in an attempt to unblock the drain. After 2 techs and hours wasted they told me that I needed to get a quote from the office on how much it was going to be to open the wall. I was furious. I paid 500 bucks to have 2 different plumbers to do the exact same things I had done. Such a waste of money!! Totally disassified and should be offered a refund!! UPDATE... So after my review I got a response from the owner as can be seen. I received a call back after I reached out by telephone. One of the managers said that I would receive a refund. I waited a week and that never came to fruition. I called them back and left a message for said manager to call me back and he never did. I then showed up at their shop where the manager assured me that I will be receiving a refund it just had to get processed thru accounting. Well, another week has passed and this time I emailed them to check on the status of my refund and they have not answered me at all... this is poor service at its finest. Final update. After emailing both Leroy and Jeremy asking for specifics on the situation, they failed to respond to me. I emailed a second time, same result no response. So, I printed out my emails and showed back up to the shop. Upon entering I was greeted by friendly field workers as well as office staff. Upon hearing my name office staff informed me that a check was ready for me. When I received it the date on the check was for the 29th of May its June 2nd today. The failure of communication from the management team is inexcusable to me and despite the friendly people they employ in that office, this experience has left a bad impression for this company.
